While I agree,

There are still plenty here who will defend the front office, coaches and specific players depending on their personal agenda.

I got over the shock value shared by so many here a while ago.

Let's play the scenario out if you take 3 pts away from the Giants and on our last drive we yield 3 pts. We hold a 22-20 lead. However, the Giants have a chance to win with plenty of time remaining. The no challenge hurt the probability of the outcome, but would you be confident with the D preventing any points from the Giants?

McCarthy is late game Garett 2.0 but just somehow more dumb . Jerry sure knows how to pick them .

McCarthy made as many game-losing decisions in one year as Garrett made in 10.

Dude is trash. We will spend the next three years wallowing in this exact mediocrity because Jerry doesn't want to he disrespectful and fire the guy.

McCarthy was saved by Prescott going down but the fate of the team is no different from where they landed. They were 1-3 and trailing in with him healthy!

McCarthy is now 17-25-1 over the last 3 seasons with arguably the best QB to ever play the game for a majority of that time!

Parcells took Quincy Carter and Troy Hambrick to 10 wins if you think McCarthy deserves another year you probably thought Campo was a good coach!

Too many built-in excuses year one.

1. Covid, no OTA's 1/4 of normalcy at best
2. Offensive Line Injuries from the start
3. Dak going down
4. New defensive system installation

This year was going to suck regardless.

It was his first season. Whole new staff, shortened off-season, no pre-season, tons of injuries. He deserves another year to prove himself.

Keeping Kellen Moore pretty much gives Jerry a potential successor for when he does decide to get rid of McCarthy in a few years. No way they hire outside at this point. Either McCarthy is the answer long-term or he gets fired after 2021/22 and Kellen becomes the new Garrett

He was surprisingly bad IMO. If anything he proved analytics aren’t everything we hyped them to be or he just did a lousy job with them
