McCarthy looks about as lost out there as Garrett was maybe more so. What would it take for Jerry to hire a known good coach again instead of touting the line "we want someone with NFL experience?" It appears to me that we can't build a good football roster mostly on the D side, and the roster we do get we can't even coach well, and we don't properly develop players we put them in bad spots out of position and badly coached (not coached up not with a regimen). Coaches can't clock manage and don't know basic football time management strategy. We did hit on Dak Prescott he's a good player. Zeke was good for a few years.
I would tear the entire thing down and rebuild with very high quality coaches, better drafting, look to insert a better football culture. I know I'm in the minority and the Dallas Cowboys have essentially become more or less like Pro Wrestling where it's about the show not the go. We need to return to go.
