Steal, but not so much of a surprise. We saw him making some plays in preseason last year. Lots of people high on him. Relegated to the bench by Garrett/Marinelli in their last year. Another reason they deserved to be sacked.
he will be a perennial pro bowler. Now we just need to find another starting safety to pair with him. Not sure we have that on the current roster...then again, MM wont play Robinson so we never found out what we had in him. ANOTHER major gaffe by MM and Nolan. I have a suspicion Robinson is better than Woods and will end up starting in 2021 next to Wilson. dunno bout you, but this 2021 draft class looks very bad at safety. I dont see anyone that tells me they would be worthy of a draft pick. I think we either should get a FA or lets see what shakes out in camp.

DT Justin Hamilton.
I like your thinking. He really should have been called up from the PS sooner. He just needs more reps. He flashed at times. He is a big fatty run stuffer. We have too many prima donna's that worry more about their brand than doing the dirty work in the trenches. We need to keep this guy and let him compete in camp. I can envision him starting next to Gallimore in 2021. For the life if me I dont understand why woods was starting in the middle. He gets overpowered and washed out....and yes I know he hustles BUT he stinks against the run. He and Crawford have to go.

not too many 2nd round guys, let alone corners, can come in and have the impact that Diggs had, and in a pandemic year to boot. He was behind the 8 ball from the word go, yet had alot of turnovers and impact. He got better each week. ANOTHER guy that impressed me was Goodwin on special teams. That guy was a monster. Worth whatever we are paying him.

He wasnt compating him to Lewis, what he said is that Lewis wouldve struggled behind these DTs aswell. Which actually Lewis went thru this in the middle of his career and called out his front office to fix the problem.

Playing behind the best or worst DT does not change a thing, he or any other player would have more TFL, the problem is that he has no heart, he is soft, he is confused and he jumps around swiping after a TFHG (tackle for huge gain). Sure we need better DT, but that doesn't change the fact that he sucks.

Wilson is the answer here.

Always been high on Diggs since his junior season at Bama and doesn't surprise me at all at his level of play.

You silly guys still keeping forgetting about Dalton Schultz. He went from 'just cut the jag' to 'Blake Jarwin who?'.

Got Gregory as a close 2nd.

How long will it be before the defense recovers from picking Taco over Watt?

Wilson played how I expected him to. The surprise was Diggs in the second half of the season. Alot of players surprised me in a bad way. Jaylon, LVE, X Woods, Poe, etc etc

Jaylon does not want it, comparing him in any way to Lewis is a joke...he is soft, I suggest we find out what he's made of and use this ingredient in toilet paper

I'm only comparing Jaylon to Lewis in the sense that they are both subject to Newtonian physics. Force equals mass times acceleration, and if mass outweighs you by 100 pounds you are getting blocked.

So take your victory lap, you caught me.

That’s a very hard one
Our defense was so bad
Gallimore and Diggs played well and maybe better than I expected though I really liked both to be good prospects
But Wilson was a surprise
I didn’t expect much from him

For me, it was Donovan Wilson. That dude should have been named starter from week 1. He got better and better as each week passed. He became our James Washington type Safety...JUST MAKES PLAYS AND is always around the ball. He is fearless and has some swag. TO ME, on our win streak, HE was the catalyst. He and Dlaw, Gallimore , Diggs are all building blocks and cornerstones. Everyone else can be waived as far as Im concerned. Wilson gives me hope. That guy brings toughness and a belief.HE IS THE ANTI XAVIER WOODS. Mike McCarthy and Nolan did the team no favors by not starting him early. Thoughts? Who is your player ?
Jaylon

This shows that you do not understand how to apply simple physics to everyday problems...btw, usually Scientists use SI units

Wilson is my pick for one of the best - he didn't surprise me. Diggs is what he appeared to be when drafted, and Gallimore looks like a keeper. Most surprising to me was Pollard. Last year he was a mild disappointment, but this year, he was the better starter.

LOL! Scientists don't make idiotic comments like "You mentioned Ray Lewis in a Jaylon post so you are comparing the two".
