I thought the Texans brought in a committee of players to help with this hire and this is what they came up with? Bienemy .. how does he not have a HC job by now. This is a win for KC.

Maybe because the thought is that anyone can have success with Mahomes, Hill, Kelce, Watkins, etc. Maybe the thinking is that Andy Reid is the engine of success when it comes to coaching there. I don't know. I am just guessing.

So you bring in the passing coordinator of the worst ranked passing offense over Bieniemy who is in his second SB and helps run on of the best offenses. Ok then. This man also coached WRs in KC in seasons where they had zero TDs. For real. That organization stinks

Despite having Watson right now, that is not a very attractive job. The turmoil with the front office makes it a very toxic situation. I believe Bieniemy is waiting for Zimmer to be fired so he can go to Minnesota next year. The NFC is a much better situation for a first-time HC as the QB competition is weaker. They would have to deal with an older Rodgers for a few more years but much better than facing off against all of the young AFC QBs.
