Nothing to regret. At this point he was on the verge of getting cut. He was damaged goods in Philly.

And while I think Howie Roseman is trash....he has to know that once a QB falls off they fall off. Its rare they stink for a team and then just get better out of nowhere.

Thought when they fired Peterson that was to appease Wentz, guess not. Good be right, he may not be able to return to that MVP form a few years ago.

For us Cowboy fans, we should celebrate as our terrible defense handled Hurts pretty well.

So a 1st rounder then. They got a 1st and 3rd for him.

not so fast. Do you REALLY think he will live up to those terms in order to turn that into a first? MY LORD...there is very little chance that happens in that division. Indy will finish last if he is there starter. Its a tough div.

Sure, but if he's just OK they are going to bench him. That condition say that the Colts are giving him half a season or so to audition. If he plays like 2020 Wentz, they'll sit him and use the 1st next year on a QB.

Agreed, but I think behind that oline he will be much better than any other option they have and consequently he will get the necessary playing time. They want to give him every opportunity to succeed. He will have to be ruined to get pulled. Who knows maybe he hears foot steps and Philly ruined him for good?

Solid trade for both teams. If Wentz plays well, Philly is gonna get a 1st and 3rd round pick. Philly is clearly starting over and they should be bottom of the division for at least a couple more seasons.

Not with HOU and JAX in it.

I bet the upcoming $10M bonus had a lot to due with Philly getting less for Wentz.

1st and 3rd.

And I'm sure the book rights when 12 of his former teammates write about his time there.

Yeah, but last time they traded up was for Trubisky. Think they’re any smarter now?
I don’t think they’ll get it right, especially with most of the obvious fixes accounted for. They’ve gotta get creative to find a guy who hits Day 1 or they’re outta there. Good luck lol.

maybe HOUSTON, but disagree with Jax. They will be much better than Indy year 1 under Meyer. Indy is receiving damaged goods. He is going to a division that is much MUCH better than the one he left.He will struggle mightily.

I know I'm happy but damn I really wish we still could face Wentz lol. He was a joy to watch. Especially this last season.
