Does Zeke have a bounce back year?

I suspect it's coming. He's been quite this offseason and he's too young to be done. He stopped doing feed me last year, making me believe he's aware of what we were seeing from him. I think he's out to prove himself again, and I hope he has a chip on his shoulder.

I hope it looks like he reclaims second gear. He might be too muscled up now. Surely the training staff realizes what they need to do?

He probably could bounce back if the defense can provide some stops here and there and we can close out games with a lead instead of getting into shootouts.

Early on the offense shot themselves in the foot, Zeke included, with fumbles/turnovers which didn't help the defense/score.

Part of Zekes problems last year was the line. The other is the fumbling which Im sure for an RB can be like the chipping yips for a golfer its mental. he got better as year progressed. Im no Zeke fan but I expect a bounce back especially with dak at QB

Zeke's history with fumbles is a perfect (to this point) an up and down chart - every other year he had lots more than the prior year.

So by that alone he's due a good year, hopefully the trend continues..

Yeah when the offense, and Zeke, feels like they have to score every time they get the ball you press and take chances, mistakes happen.

This year hinges on the o-line and the run defense, assuming no more Dak-type injuries...

If he gets volume then he will have nice numbers and I know nice numbers is the only way some of you know how to judge the quality of a player.

I want to see some explosive plays from Zeke and a minimum of 10 Touchdowns.

I don't care about how many yards he is running for. He should be judged on big plays and hitting pay dirt.

If big plays are no longer apart of his game then we should look to get away from that contract, move on to Tony Pollard, and draft Pollards replacement for when his time is up.

This is how a modern day NFL team should operate at the RB position. Stop chasing the 90's.

Yes
1475 ry
420 rec yards
14 tds
If he can't reach those numbers and possibly surpass them its time to move on but i believe he bounces back.

Assuming no injuries, he should be able to do this or come very close. Depends on if they give Pollard more downs too...

I hope everyone writing him off motivates him to get back to form. I’d like to see him shed some weight and re-gain his agility.

I do think he’ll bounce back for 1,100 plus yards rushing with Dak back and the OL back. Fingers crossed on that OL part.
