It doesn't name sense. If Detroit, Carolina or Denver takes Parsons than one of the corners would be there or even Sewell. Only 9 players can be drafted in the first 9 picks

I’m optimistic about Parsons.

Somewhat doubtful about this report though. It doesn’t explain why they traded back to 12.

of course. We was going to trade up for Parsons, had him fall into our laps at 10, and decided to trade back instead. Next level drafting right there. Fish has to be the worst person in sports media ever.

Actually it could make complete since. If we had the offer from Chicago, to move up for Fields. We could have made a safe assumption what Philly was moving up for, and assumed with Smith gone, NY would trade down with Chicago. Once Smith was gone, NY trading back was a given to me....

Broaddus said 2 weeks ago Parsons was not a direction they were going. Makes me rethink listening to the draft show.

Right, because Parsons was the guy Cowboys wanted all along. Everyone else is saying CB because Jerry wanted everyone think that so that Detroit, Carolina, Denver would grab a CB in effect dropping their guy down to them at #10 it even better in this case #12

He was also talking Pitts and Sewell. Didn't say a word about Parsons the entire draft. His name came up right before the draft started by Jane Slater.

Everybody that Dallas said they wanted......Pitts, Sewell, Horn and Surtain all went before Dallas pick. Well played Jerry if Parsons was who you really wanted
