You just knocked Amari for never having 1200 yards....Jarvis Landry hasn’t had one. And Kennan has had just one since 2013....

It’s why I asked, what would be the order he had them in, all the guys in discussion.

And Amari was a compilation thing for #1 WR, not solely based on a 1200 yard threshold. Landry checks some of the boxes Amari does not, and Amari checks some of the boxes Landry doesnt. Both right around the same tier 3 for me. Keenan toward the bottom of tier 2

Aye.....there's a argument for Cooper not being a top 10 recevier....but that argument can't start or stop with guys like Allen Robinson and Jarvis Landry. Who are all great receivers too don't get me wrong but the same things you knock Amari for you could knock them for. How many big games have Jarvis and Robinson showed up in or even played in for that matter?

That was my question, I have them all clumped together. But I took that list off Pundits. There were other names too that I knew people would scoff at so I excluded them

That simply not true. Micheal was great and the emotional soul of those teams, but he had games where he was shut out for all intents and purposes (like 1 catch for 4 yards and no TDs).
Prove it. Do you have video evidence?

Its incredibly silly.....

These people want me to believe that...

1) Teams go in prevent in the 2nd quarter of games.
2) Teams only go in prevent in the 2nd quarter of games against Dallas. No other team in the league.

It makes no damn sense.....

And isnt prevent supposed to stop you from scoring quickly and giving up the big play? Against Seattle, Dak threw for 2 42 yard TD's late in the game to take the lead. It would be miraculous of he did that against a prevent defense.

They’ll stoop as low as sounding completely moronic on order to discredit Dak. And then in the same breathe way “oh I like Dak”...please lol.

For example?

I think you are making this up. Yes...we have stoopers...who clearly hate Dak. Yes we have smoke blowers that COMPLETELY exaggerate his talents and how dare anyone have ANY criticism. And we also have some that have criticism of him, just like they do any OTHER player...but still like him.

The last category is the hardest for some people to deal with.

Only in Dallas can a guy who has gone over a 1000 every year he has been in Dallas be called over rated. Cooper is one of the top WR in the league and I am thankful he is here and wants to be here. Some of the things like he is not animated on the field is a joke, who care if he not a prima donna. The man goes out and does his job. He has missed 3 games in 6 years

He doesn't have to be a "leader" in that regard. I just feel like he...disengages. I get it...his personality is...subdued. That's fine. He does make a strong case for "professional".

This is the way i feel about Dak too. Don't have to have obvious quintessential "leadership" (i.e.> chewing backsides when they need chewed). Go out there and perform at a high level. Good enough for me!

No one has to. But great teams have vocal leaders on them, especially perennial winners.

That 1 time cooper basically begged Dak to change the play/route cause they knew it was right. I'd like to see more of that. If you know the play is doomed to fail you have to change it, that's how you take the next step.

1993: at Atlanta, 1 for 5 & 0 TDs
1996: at Wash, 1 for 7 & 0 TDs; vs. Wash 1 for 5 & 0 TDs
1997: vs. Giants, 2 for 13 yards & 0 TDs
1998: at KC, 1 for 9 & 0 TDs; at Phoenix, 0 for 0; at Wash, 1 for 14 & 0 TDs

I fully agree! I have said before talking about "leadership"...it's not just about being a cheerleader. It's about putting yourself on the line.

Your example is a perfect...example. Coop over-riding the play certainly puts him on the line. If you do that enough times at the right time, successfully....people will follow you. But you can't just "do your job" and clap. You can't not make a stir or waves.

Coop is our legit #1...I am sure there's more to him than meets the eye of the Sunday afternoon TV cameras.
