I'm going with "no" !

He really did well in 2016 at the end of our dominant OL's run. If our OL stays healthy and Biadasz can play at near a Pro Bowl level then I'll predict 1400+ yards, 500+ yards receiving. I don't foresee this.

I haven't even gotten to his newly found propensity to fumble and his decline at catching the ball.

He'll never approach his 2016 year again. He's no AP and besides . . . he's fat !

He’s been just average the last two years playing on a similar level to Melvin Gordon.
are you clueless??

when had MG been top 4 back in the league??, Zeke in fact in 2019 was ranked 4TH IN THE LEGUE 30 YARDS SHORT OF 3RD WHERE CMac finished...

you call that average? no 100 backs finishing top 5 is not average..

last year he ranked 12th sure bad year but forOBVIOUS Reasons.. so zekes worst year hes MG..ok lmao who cares

get tiresome reading clueless fans have zero idea of how team concepts work..

Zzeke had ONE BAD Year, HAPPENS TO COINCIDE WITH A HISTORICALLY BAD DEFENSE, USING a 3RD STRING OL, 4 QBS, HE RECOVERED FROM COVID AND HAD SOME INUJRIES HE TRIED PLAYING THROUGH..

those down on him because of his 4.0YPG dont watch football and for sure do NOT have recollection of backs like zeke aka volume bell cow 3 down backs ie Emmitt and others all share one thing, keep feeding them they will come through but many and im talking some of the biggest names backs in history had many years with their YPC averages at 4 or even under , Smith had HALF his career years at 4 or under..odd this is zekes worst season and yet if circumstances would have been viable for RB especially volume back he would have got his carries and got his typical 1300+ yards and a nice TD count..

fact is when you play from behind to point where the run game has to be ignored, when you have bad OL, a non threatening QB and other factors the run game gets dismissed

Furthermore Zeke started to become overlooked and underutilized in 2019 when KM decoded to cage the identity from Zekes team to daks team and became pass happy , add to it his run schemes are terrible, he used far too many delayed draws, obvious run plays so vanilla they were truly mean for a FB not a bell cow volume RB

more facts , Zeke led the league in 2019 in frost half productivity ie YPOC and yet Moore abandoned the run in the second half's, he had games last year where you could see old zeke at time's..

it was one down year with obvious reasons for the lack of productivity..so yes he should bounce back but even if its 2019 zeke thats very productive..maybe we get more but the way KM uses him is not conducive to zekes ability's..not zekes fault.

dudes never been fat nor has he been what a person could be called slow at 225lbs..cluelss your hate is obvious because you judge the color of an apple let alone a professionals

you a re parrot just repeating things you hear never ever has he even looked fat or out of shape that bunch of crap..he weighs 5lbs more then he did as rookie...no starting RB that carried the ball like zeke is fat or slow..so hes not 2016 zeke , doesnt have to be who front heat team is better then they were that year, the entire team played great 13- 3 young healthy and motivated..

last year was a bad year for the TEAM, period..

what tool..

he will get opportunities. with this passing attack, there ought to be some good running lanes. I think given Pollard's speed, he will have some nice runs from passing formations

Zeke started out last season BAD...really bad. He got a LOT of criticism and suddenly turned it up for the back half of the season... That he had to be publicly ridiculed for his work ethic and didn't come in prepared speaks volumes.

I hope he has a fantastic year this year, but I'll wait to see how he approaches things. So far so good.

I appreciate the effort you put in this post but nobody is afraid of zeke anymore. Their are at least 5-7 Ish running backs that would’ve outplayed Zeke if they played in Dallas the past two years.

Henry
Cook
CMC
Chubb
Kamara

maybe even Aaron Jones.

I will say no. I think with Dak and the WRs I expect them to pass more. I also expect Pollard to get more reps. I just don’t think Zeke is good anymore. No burst. Doesn’t block like he used to. Fumbles the ball more. I think he is finished as a big time player.

He's fat so he will bounce but he's not likely to do any better than the past few years unless he gets more help from the O-line. I just hope he stops losing the ball.
