He probably will play or be ready to play, but pollard might get the start with E seeing limited action.
This is from falling on that hard pylon.

Zeke returned in the game after falling on the pilon, he'll be playing Sunday

I don’t think Tyron got hurt in that game. He was on the post game show the next day with Brad Sham talking about how great his neck was feeling.
I agree, LT Smith will play. Resting the big man.
Zeke will play, just resting and healing.
Diggs will play. might get a shot in the foot and will be riding the bike while the off. is on the field

I think he came back for a series or 2 then was out rest of game?
it will hurt more this week than in that game.
I am thinking if they really needed him he would could play, but otherwise let Pollard take the load this game.

Only thing is elliot might be better if NE really has a tough run defense, I dont know if they do or not.

Pollard has a 6.47 avg per att, elliot is 5.4 the last 4 games, so pollard is actually looking like the better rb.

In this wussified world, Zeke will visit Dr. Needle and play well in the game.

We have three key players listed as questionable Zeke, Diggs and Tyron. If at least two of them can’t go it’s going to give New England a good shot at an upset.
jones boys just said tyron and diggs WILL GO ! no mention of zekey, so guess he gets the week off.

I wouldn’t give him a week off unless it’s absolutely necessary. We need to pile of the wins. He’ll have more than a week off with the bye coming up. Would hate to take a loss with a bye next week. We can’t take anyone for granted. Now isn’t the time to start giving players a week off.

Yeah despite all the "he got paid and now is mailing it in" noise all I have ever seen from that guy is that he is tough as nails and a true competitor. I expect him to not only play but to play well.

It's pretty obvious he is playing with a different intensity than the previous two years and his production show it.

Nothing wrong with a little kick in his complacency now and then. Whatever it takes to keep an edge.

You mean he'll be low key faded during the game? Hope he's smart enough not to get addicted to those meds. They may be legal but they're still dangerous.

It's a painkiller. He won't even get dosed enough to last the whole game unless he needs a refresher at halftime. I'm just glad to see him have the fortitude to gut this game out with bad ribbs. It's inspiring.

Pollard is great at the role he is given but he is not better than Zeke

You have to admit he sort of mailed it in the first several games of last season. This season though he's a true beast and is on fire.

This makes me think of how well our bye weeks work out this year.

6 games -bye

5 -games - 10 day break week

6 games. - first round bye in playoffs

Remember the Emmitt game against the Giants when he had bad ribs. Wish Zeke could put up a similar performance this Sunday.

If for some reason Zeke starts but can't continue due to his bruised ribs, Pollard will take over the starting RB duties. Who will then become Pollard's in-game backup RB?

They are all playing. They want to beat this team. Then go home and rest. Wish we were playing the giants instead. This could be a hard game or we may blow by them. I want points (preferably 7) every drive.
