It's easy to pass judgment when a call doesn't work out. If it did we would praise the decision, but when it doesn't it just gets amplified as a negative. That's the life of a head coach. Patriots fans are criticizing Bill today for playing too conservative.

McCarthy has made some very questionable decisions a number of times this season, but one thing you can't question is the toughness and resilient culture he has brought here.

e-mail the NFL and ask them about ref bias, that had a lot to do with it.

That's more on Quinn and defensive execution than anything. We didn't do much to stop them, either.

I love Coach McCarthy as well, Coach!

But...he does need to improve on his "analytics" game management, play challenges and when to call timeout. He messes up badly at times on those subjects that actually end up hurting the Cowboys while helping our opponents. He's not perfect and does need some improvement on those issues I mentioned, but overall, he's definitely way much better than those Cowboys head coaches before him like... Garrett, Cupcake, Ol' 34-32 and Campo. Likely better than Switzer as well since he was only a puppet taking credit for Jimmy's built teams.

Player management, team attitude, game planning, adjustments during the game have all been great. Just needs to work on clock management a bit. He's made a few head scratchers.
