I dont think Steele is there yet, but his improvement from 2020 has been profound. Dude must have worked 24/7 in the offseason. You bet on those guys

Funny you said that, I was listening to an interview with Brad Sham and he said that Steele won the award on the team for his conditioning work. He went on to say Steele was spending a lot of time at the star putting in weight and conditioning work, it looks like it paid off for Steele

Head coach Mike McCarthy has referenced the 'second-year jump' for players, and with offensive linemen, it's typically about getting stronger. Following 14 starts his rookie season, Steele said he worked on improving his core and lower-body strength.

"I felt like I was lacking a little bit, especially toward the end of the season," he said. "Just my lower-body wise, personally it wasn't where I wanted to be. It wasn't it last season. I put the work in for that."

Steele was a Cowboys offseason award winner for his improvements in the voluntary strength and conditioning program. But his reward was more than a closer parking spot at The Star. The Cowboys have trusted him in the starting lineup once again, and he's clearly a better player than last season.

I agree about Steele. He could be the LT for a while if Tyron has to miss games. Unfortunately this means we probably won't get to see Collins at LG since he'll go back to RT in this scenario.

Another thought I want to add for myself is Anthony Brown is playing a lot better than anybody gives him credit for.

Brown is playing well. But part of that credit goes to the DL. When QB has no time to throw DBs don't have to cover for long and can jump routes.

I liked when we initially picked up Hamilton. I don't know if he's finally started to put things together or scheme or both but he's really coming along now and making an impact.

We are seeing something that we havent seen since the 90s and thats this team just knows how to win. IN past yrs i really believe this team loses atleast 4 of these games this yr. Dallas has had great players, with little depth. But this yr they have the depth to go with the stars.

Give props to Jerry for realizing that the team just had to get better players on defense. Props to McCarthy for allowing Quinn to run his defense how he saw fit. And major props to Quinn for reinventing himself and his defensive philosophies.

IM a every yr its superbowl or bust type of fan but this yr it feels different and i just get a feeling this is the yr. Yesterday was one of the most entertaining games of my life.

Really ? Since 90’s ? …. So what do you call 2007, ..2014…and 2016 in dak/zeke rookie year and a 13-3 record ?

yeh this is definitely typical “ rah-rah “ fan hype and too soon overreaction.
You measure the top level of winning, when it matters most in win or go home …win or die .. Playoffs ! ..

- Great to be running away with the division (even when no East team seems competitive)
- Great to have one of the better win records in entire NFL, while also great to have emerging developing new stars:
ala Parsons. Diggs, Lamb

- So much fun winning with an exciting, imaginative and explosive offense with Kellen Moore offense, .. and a defense that can final produce turnovers.

- But this is also a time to temper and curve the biggest enthusiasm,.. until the playoffs and the Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers (we know how he’s ruin our SB hopes) Kyle Murray, Matthew Stafford
and Russell Wilson (assuming Hawks can sneak back in playoff hunt)

I can understand the fun in this, but there's also a reality we have to face head on first.
What you’d like is for this team to ascend where we could use the improvements the most.
- Minimizing the big plays on defense.
- Creating much more pass rush and sacks, (where we still rank among bottom of the NFL)
- Improving Red Zone effiency
- Also assuming we are still in the winning and health is on our side, at season;s end, ,,it utterly has to be pedal to the medal.
