until we sniff another Superbowl , I am going to critique the team I have loved for 40 and some odd years as much as I want. Does it do any good to hype them up and then lose every year for 25 years? It helps me to be realistic about their chances.

Having said that, they have a chance this year but they are going to have to play lights out perfect football. tonight was a good start.

What we think as fans is irrelevant. THEY have to put up or shut up. We merely set the goal.

and the goal is always, number 6.

I commend your attempt at TRYING to answer the questions, I'll give you that, but you've failed.

You said, that Dak only has the stats he has because they changed the rules since Brady came into the league, correct??? Well Brady has been in the league for 20 years. Dak has been in the league for just 5 or 6. Within 20 years. I believe only Dak and Russell Wilson are the only 2 players within the last 20 years to have put up those numbers in their first 5 years. (If im wrong, I stand to be corrected)

But you mean to tell me, within the last 20 years only Dak and Russell Wilson have accomplished those numbers??? Why couldn't the other couple hundred quarterbacks WITHIN THE LAST 20 YEARS do what just 2 quarterbacks have done under THESE NEW BRADY RULES YOU CLAIM???

Again... your argument is weak because there have been hundreds of quarterbacks who've come and gone during the new "Brady rules". But only 2 have put up those numbers within the first 5 years??? PLEASE explain this one!!!

Then you said those Hall of Famers (former qbs, other positional players, coaches, GMs) who said that about Dak are paid commentators??? Most of the Hall of Famers who said that aren't even COMMENTATORS dumb ***!!! So who pays them to speak about Dak??? If they don't work for any networks???? I can't wait to hear your sorry *** attempt to justify THIS question!!!

With that said, you're the only fanboy around here. A fanboy of leading a rebellion of cowards who make **** up. Out of thousands of quarterbacks, only 5 accomplished a certain milestone... oh, then you say they only did this because of a rule that started 20 years ago. But hundreds of quarterbacks have played over the last 20 years under the new rule, and only 2 have been able to put up those numbers???

Make yourself make sense lil guy. Can't wait to see what spin you weak minded "hate for nothing" cowards put on THAT!!! I'll wait.....
Most of Dam's statistics a RB numbers . . . Rushing yards and Td's.

Watch out Eagles QB Hurts might break those numbers

I bet you are one of those Fans who Don t believe Hurts should be in the Pro Bowl

Some people are never happy with the Cowboys and they will nit pic every aspect no matter what they do or how successful we/they are, they have had allot to complain about for twenty years and have hung around doing it day after day. This year its a QB with a 98% passer rating, a QB that is the only QB to pass for 450 yards 3 consecutive seasons, the only QB in history to pass for over 400 yards and rush for 3 TD's in a game all this stupid complaining against a team that just made the playoffs, will ultimately win the NFCE division and will also ultimately sweep the NFCE which has only been done twice in history (Cowboys in 98 the eagles in- forgot the year who cares anyway about the eagles). Complaining even though we have a defense that is peaking and could end up as a top 5 or better defense. A team with 6 pro bowlers, a team who is in the top 3 in Drafting Pro Bowl players.

I am optimistic and I got no complaints right now. Think Positive you will feel better. :flagwave:
All they care about is being right. Not true Cowboys fans to want to throw away a player like Dak because if he succeeds, they will feel like they were wrong about him.

Head's up: You, I and everyone in-between are wrong at times. Get over yourselves.

Who cares about propping up an alternate to who actually is a Pro Bowler?

I like Hurts, but you never answered the question.

YOU said the only reason Dak is one of 5 quarterbacks in NFL history to put up those numbers in his first 5 years was due to the "Brady rule" correct???

Brady has been in the league for 20 years. Dak and Russell Wilson are the ONLY two quarterbacks who have accomplished this feat in 20 years. There have been hundreds of quarterbacks who have come into the league within the last 20 years.

If Dak is a mediocre QB, why haven't the other few hundreds of QBs within the last 20 years been unable to do what Dak and Wilson managed to do?

Then you said the Hall of Famer players, coaches and GMs who said Dak is a top 5, top 7 QB were paid by the networks to say that, correct???

Well who paid the Hall of Famers who DON'T work for any networks to say what they said about Dak?? Explain why retired Hall of Famers who aren't employed by the league or any networks would say that about Dak publicly during an interview or a public appearance????

I said he is a running QB alotvof His "Sats" are 1 yard TD runs after Zeke got them to the goal line. . .

With Zeke those TDs are unnecessary . . just bloated his statistics . . . back in the day tou had to run out of bounds . . . no throwing it away . . . Wr weren't protected . . . a lot of wrestling on routes . . . you had to be pinpoint with accuracy.

Most of the QB's playing now would not be in the league 30 years ago

Modern NFL stats are a Joke

I'm not just talking about QB's running tds. I'm talking about passing yards per game percentage, 3rd down efficiency, downfield passing percentages, comeback wins, game winning drive percentages, and QBR.

Again... there are only 2 quarterbacks in modern history that has put up the numbers Dak and Wilson have in their first 5 years. Only 5 QBs overall in 100 years of NFL history.

There have been hundreds of quarterbacks in modern history that had the same opportunities, with the same qb and receiver protections under the modern rules. The same rules that Dak and Wilson played under...

If hundreds of quarterbacks couldn't achieve what ONLY Dak and Wilson achieved.... either Dak is a very good quarterback or ALL THE HUNDREDS of quarterbacks who came through the NFL under the modern rules for the last 20 years are really bad quarterbacks if you consider Dak an average quarterback.

Make it make sense. If Dak is average, how can hundreds of quarterbacks be unable to do what an "average" quarterback was able to do UNDER THE SAME MODERN RULES???

That don't make sense my friend....
