Why no designed QB runs?

Like I just don't get it. Especially after Bosa goes out. It has worked in the past for us as well. Dak used his legs to get a td in the Arizona game. He used them to seal the first game against Washington.

For the love of God why is it not in our arsenal anymore? The guy clearly can still run, he scored a td on a run today. Motion pollard, ceedee in the backfield, run some read option some RPO's. It's confusing as hell for a D to account for in spurts.

I don't like Dak doing designed runs. He's not quick or elusive. I do like when he drops back then takes off like he did to score. I also like him rolling out on occasion like he did. Running him like he's Lamar Jackson will get him hurt and like it or not he's our best QB on the team.

Yeah but on occasion to keep the d honest. Why not even have pollard or ceedee motion and then dak runs the read option. He's big enough to take on linebackers one on one he's proven that. There is 0 play design.

Proved it when he broke his leg too huh. Even before that he's not very fast. He runs better in space and if the lb's are dropping into coverage that gives him the run Lanes and space he needs. Otherwise they'd tee off on him and hit him at the line like they do Zeke.

Have you seen Dak slide???? Seriously???? The one time he slid he just about ate it.....and tore up a knee. Besides....he's not very fast....and really can't out run anyone.

Nope.....I think we have seen the shelf life of our 4th round pick....

@ this point I wouldn't mind drafting that kid out of Nevada. I remember people having doubts about Josh Allen coming from Wyoming. Same conference....kids not bad. Got a live arm.

$40M QBs don’t run. The team even said it before the season started. I have been saying all year Dak has to run. He won’t

So, we are stuck with a McNabb who stays in the pocket. Stuck with a $40M pocket-passing McNabb who can’t read defenses and who’s best buddy is a $15M RB who needs 17 games to get 1000 yards.

I know.....I should go wash my mouth. Want McCarthy out.....and draft a QB....in the same night. I'm probably going to hell of just the thought.

I get not using Dak's legs during the regular season but I was fully expecting to see a few run options where Dak kept the ball today.

Especially early in the game. I honestly believe it would have helped the running game and kept them crashing down.
