Is his natural quarterback ability that good?
Because his stats get skewed playing in this horrible division. Then throw in a couple of meddling teams annually like the Falcons and the Panthers and there you have it.Is his natural quarterback ability that good?

Opposing defenses have found that Dak is much less adept at identifying coverages when they don't show a look, stack the LOS and drop guys back at the snap. It limits his pre-snap read forcing him to run his progression after the snap.
Jared Goff couldn’t read defenses and went to a Super Bowl and is still on a team. Reading complex defenses isn’t necessarily a requirement to be an NFL QB. Dak can only handle simple coverages. Anything more than that and he panics, takes sacks, etc. what a great QB we haveYeah the Dak can’t read defense thing is silly. If his coaches suck and he can’t read defenses then how in the world is he still in the league??
They have been doing it since the Denver game. Apparently, McCarthy and Moore perform zero self scouting.This. Watch the San Fran game, they would stack the line, look like a blitz, then drop players out. I assume it is confusing Dak, and what we will see more and more teams use against us, until we create a solution.

He does it against weaker teams and......he has an OC that insists on passing more and running less.
He turns into Mahomes cause he has nothing to lose and defenses loosen up. He plays like a scaredy cat 99% of the time, hence why we lose in many games. Zeke sucking, O-line sucking, OC sucking, and penalties don’t help of course, but blame cannot be taken away.If you actually watch the games, you can tell Dak struggles when teams play their base defense but as soon as we get 3 scores down and the defense starts playing soft, Dak turns into Mahomes.
No way around it.
I never understood why teams do that but I guess they don't care about stats and will gladly give up the yards in exchange for game clock.
Cooper Rush is terrible and in his first NFL start he threw for 300+ yards.
Maybe stats don’t matter and they are for losers like Belichick says.
