I don't do the eye test. I look at results. results and stats say otherwise...doed Herbert Have more potential and stronger arm? yes. but it hasn't translated...stop falling in love with tight spirals.... Andre Ware had the best and tighest spiral ever..

now, if you want to consider potential...then you can have an argument.....

and along the same lines don’t fall in love with a loose spiral.

I’d put Mac Jones on there too. He’s a better version of Dak than Dak is. Also I’d put Lawrence above Dak as well. I’d remove Jackson though.

Trevor Lawrence had a terrible rookie season. He led his team to the number one overall pick with three wins. He tossed more INTs than TDs and completed less than 60% of his passes. Lol As for Mac Jones, Dak has a win over him. The Patriots got steamrolled in the playoffs. You’re terrific at ranking QBs. The Dak hate continues.

Ok bud.. Herbert is a lot better than Dak. Whatever test you’re using that says otherwise you should scrap it.

Herbert should be one of the elite QBs in the game assuming the Chargers get him legit receivers and a decent oline.

Dak has nowhere the abilities this kid has. When you think about Dak think about a downgraded Donovan McNabb without the play making ability.

I will take any player eval you want to do....after all....i said Wentz would suck and Dak would be the best qb in that draft BEFORE we took him.

I also said not to take Zeke but Ramsay and then grab Henry with 2nd pick....BEFORE the draft.

Also said don't resign zeke.....he is washed....

You doing a victory lap bc the Cowboys played like crap in a playoff game is pathetic.
Nobodies doing a victory lap because the Cowboys lost.

I'm just making the rounds and saying "I told ya so" to everyone that insulted me all year for not thinking Dak is a great QB.

Also, pathetic is you and your buddies taking pride in the Cowboys losing better than the Packers.

The thing you are missing is they are ROOKIES. No one cares if ROOKIES throw picks it's expected. People are looking to see if you a can MAKE PLAYS. If the answer is yes, then you have to hope they can play under pressure and also learn to limit mistakes. Lawrence's potential is in a completely different universe than Dak.

I want to thank Dak for demanding a 4 year deal instead of Jerry's 5.

He has very good receivers already and a more than decent o-line. That team lost against LV because of the inept coaching

ok, how is he better? he went to a team that was loaded. had a great OL. great COACH. great defense. literally rode the bud like Dak did in his rookie year...and got BLOWN out in his first playoff game....now because of your hatred you put him ahead!!!! put the annointing oil away for a couple of seasons

In no specific order I would take ANY one of these QBs over Dak if it was possible:

Brady
Rodgers
Allen
Mahomes
Wilson
Stafford
Herbert
Burrows

I think Dak is fully in the Derek Carr and Kirk Cousins tier of QBs.

I would take Dak over K. Murray and Jackson because I think he’s more reliable game-in, game-out as a passer. The other guys are playmakers that can throw, but are inconsistent and volatile.

Dak made the playoffs as a rookie. Why didn't Lawrenc make the playoffs?

yes, it is too late. we already guaranteed dak's money . we are stuck with him 4 years .
I am more worried about Dak's lack of growth than i am the money he's owed. His contract can be restructured and backloaded and when the TV contract kick in year 2023 everyone's cap is going to jump dramatically. That said Jerry can keep making boneheaded contract and think things are gooing to change. He currently has 3 stupid contracts and I think Jaylons is on the books as well

then he wonders why hes 1 and done.

The Patriots were loaded? lol

Jones did drive the bus but he also showed more potential than Dak did in his rookie season, at least in the areas that really matter.

He did have the luxury of throwing to such talents as Nelson Agholor, Jacobi Myers and Kendrick Bourne.

yes, one of the best OLs in the league...they supported him by rushing the ball, they were 8th in rush attempts and 8th in rushing...they only passed 46 more times than they ran the ball....
Their defense was 2nd in the league....

they also have the GOAT coach at the helm (vs. Garrett who is at the opposite end).

so Mac Jones showed as much as Dak in his rookie year, or less. he threw 3801, 22 TDs and 13 Ints....vs Daks's 3667 23 and 4...
the team went 13-3 Dak's rookie season vs. Mac Jones 10-7. Dak had the one footed Dez Bryant, and the HOF in the making Cole Beasley (sound the horns) and a 34 year old TE dallas was trying to repalce for a few years in the few years before....not exactly much better than what NE had

so no, Mac Jones rookie season isn't better than Dak's rookie season..... and Dak took the great Rodgers to the brink in the playoffs, barring a last minute field goal, vs. the egg NE laid at the bills....

he was a bus driver.....potential if you compare rookie seasons is the same at this point. one has the luck of learning from Bilicheck.

you are allowing the current Dak and your anger towards him cloud your judgement.
