He wasn't brought here to rebuild.

His DC buddy set us back from where we were already, so I'm not all that quick to give him accolades over this years "improvement."

Doesn't matter what I think, but if his selling himself as to how to carry a team through the playoffs falls flat on its face again next year, he's gone and should be.

Jerry deserves to have write him a big check to not coach considering the piss poor interview process in the first place.

Sorry, but it was a bad hire. Let him prove me wrong. Doubt he can or does.

Basically Jerry's guy needs a year break so Stephen and Jerry decided, oh well, we'll just throw another season away and get Payton next year.

Sean Payton is the only one who’s out there that could’ve possibly made a difference and he’s taking at least a year off. No surprise McCarthy is coming back but he’ll definitely be on the hot seat heading into next season. If it’s Super Bowl or bust he’ll be gone.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results..expecting your head coach that has always had issues with time management and lack of discipline is returning, and yet expecting this year to be different..got it

I agree. The only difference maker is the guy with the same resume as McCarthy.

How do people not see this?!
