What philosophy?........selling snake oil to the fanbase, blaming players, losing to upper tier teams routinely, losing to teams they shouldn't lose to, yet coaches going unscathed?

They have no vision, no direction. If we wanted to turn this into a run dominant team we'd have another offensive coordinator.

They want to be pass happy, and just traded their best WR for a 5th.

Laken Tomlinson has not missed a game at guard since the 49ers acquired him in 2017 . Think Joe Philbin would like having this guy and Zack Martin as your starting guards in 2022 . This is a FA that fits the “ complimentary player “ role to the extreme. Would help your running game as well as give Dak time to pass keeping a clean pocket .
