Conversely to act like he's untouchable and that his foibles aren't really his fault but coaching or talent around him, like you have, is also lunacy.

The irony here is that in the offseason, you'll talk about how good this team is, how the roster is really good, but once they lose a big game or go on a bad stretch where Dak has had a hand in those losses, you suddenly want to talk about how the talent isn't good enough around him or they failed him.

Pat Mahomes was borderline terrible the first part of last season while Dak was playing at an MVP level. Some on the board were calling Mahomes a flash in the pan. Dak finished with the same number of TD passes, despite not having as good a team around him or a Tyreek Hill. He had a higher completion percentage than Mahomes and a higher passer rating but you have idiots on this board that would rather have Baker Mayfield or some other mediocre QB leading this team.

I like Dak, but he needs to play at a high level for what the team has invested in him with the contract.
He has to be successful for the team to be successful.
It would seem to me that this would be so obvious that all on this board would be pulling for his success
instead of their agenda/narritive.

I hate the fact we lose to SF but Dak is not the only QB to lose so did Rodgers. GB posted an excellent season and Rodgers put up great numbers but guess what they watched the SB from home just as we did. Fact is playoffs are a 1 game and not always do the better teams win or the better QB. I get the frustration that fans have but the fact remains this was a 12-5 team not a 5-12 team. Dak put up big numbers on the season. People choose to act like this no use even talking with them, they are set in their head he can't win, not up to me to convince them otherwise that falls to Dak himself.

I will take the guy that is willing to man up and run for the first down when the team needs it the most versus the guy who poops his pants when it matters the most. I will let you decide which is which.

No i have never defended Zeke. Ok, maybe when he was ridiculously suspended by the NFL i did...but I never thought it was a good idea to draft him let alone sign him to an extension.

Before the draft I said we should take Ramsey in the first and then try and follow it up with Henry in the 2nd. I also said that Dak would likely end up as the best QB in the class.

You can fill in the rest as to why I post the way I do about these players.

It was after the 2019 season for me.

Watching us have the #1 offense and a middle of the pack defense in 2019 and still go 8-8 and not even make the playoffs because we lost to every single decent team we played while Dak played horrible in those games was the breaking point for me when it came to Dak.

Regular season means nothing compared to crapping the bed like he did in the playoffs.
His career is going to look exactly like Romo's: lots of stats and no rings.
