To hate Dak freaking Prescott the way some do, is complete lunacy. There is not a better guy to root for in the entire league, yet all some do is seeth with HATE.

Conversely to act like he's untouchable and that his foibles aren't really his fault but coaching or talent around him, like you have, is also lunacy.

The irony here is that in the offseason, you'll talk about how good this team is, how the roster is really good, but once they lose a big game or go on a bad stretch where Dak has had a hand in those losses, you suddenly want to talk about how the talent isn't good enough around him or they failed him.

Pat Mahomes was borderline terrible the first part of last season while Dak was playing at an MVP level. Some on the board were calling Mahomes a flash in the pan. Dak finished with the same number of TD passes, despite not having as good a team around him or a Tyreek Hill. He had a higher completion percentage than Mahomes and a higher passer rating but you have idiots on this board that would rather have Baker Mayfield or some other mediocre QB leading this team.

I like Dak, but he needs to play at a high level for what the team has invested in him with the contract.
He has to be successful for the team to be successful.

I hate the fact we lose to SF but Dak is not the only QB to lose so did Rodgers. GB posted an excellent season and Rodgers put up great numbers but guess what they watched the SB from home just as we did. Fact is playoffs are a 1 game and not always do the better teams win or the better QB. I get the frustration that fans have but the fact remains this was a 12-5 team not a 5-12 team. Dak put up big numbers on the season. People choose to act like this no use even talking with them, they are set in their head he can't win, not up to me to convince them otherwise that falls to Dak himself.

Before the draft I said we should take Ramsey in the first and then try and follow it up with Henry in the 2nd. I also said that Dak would likely end up as the best QB in the class.
