Zeke was having a good year, got hurt, sucked it up and kept playing. He could have checked it in and collected his paycheck....he has my respect.
Its funny man I think I saw someone say Zeke was averaging 5.1 yards a carry before playing hurt? If he doesn't play hurt he's a wimp. If he plays hurt and doesn't perform as well then he's not very good.

Highlights of 2021 Hard Knocks....

-The drone scene.
-Diggs' kid.

Lowlights of same....

-Jerry teasing us by adding salt to a fast food breakfast sandwich when he knows his deal with Satan includes living forever.
Yeah that salt diet for Jerry Jones must have him living forever....my teeth and chest started hurting watching him put that salt on that.

You don't play in that game if you're hurt. It's that simple.

Perfectly healthy Zeke has set games out like that in the past. A supposed "injured" Zeke ain't playing in them now that he's older and richer.
Fine. But Don't blame zeke. That's just dumb. OF COURSE players want to play. Even 3rd string WANTS to play. But he doesn't get to decide.

I was a player or coach for about 40 years! What the hell do you know? I appreciate the hustle and his love for the game.....blame the coaches! Not him....he could have sat on his butt and get paid....he didn't. I respect that! What don't you understand! Have you ever played?

That's the truth of it for sure. These guys think it makes them super fans.

About as bad as the comment they caught when Diggs kid met Dak:

“Why can’t you hit your open receivers?”

You don't play in a meaningless Week 18 game against the Eagles practice squad with the playoffs the next week if you're hurt.

We have a couple big name guys on our offense that have been given the injury excuses for their play being worse down the stretch. Meanwhile they were out there just to reach milestones in a meaningless game.

These same guys have set those types of games out in the past.
Your right on. All Zeke cared about was hitting the 1,000-yard mark.

I'm right there with you. It's about 30 years for me.

His dad should've busted his butt for speaking out of turn.
Me too. The mouthy little five-year-old is symptomatic of today’s society—entitled punks need to be taught respect!
Yea. But the kid is five years old and there’s a good chance he’s only repeating what he heard mom and dad say.
Or said what he was told to
Just wait until his daddy has a bad game...his classmates and friends are gonna tease him bad!

His backup was hurt too. That's why he played.

Forget about all those so-called expert analyst. Proof it doesn't take an expert to see reality. Aaiden, now 5, has not shied away from criticizing players, not even his own dad, another aspect that has endeared him to NFL fans everywhere. His mom, Stephanie in a SI interview said that Aaiden admonished Dallas Cowboys' running back Ezekiel Elliott at a birthday party, telling him, “Zeke, you don’t run very hard! You don’t hit the holes very hard!”

While Elliot faced no shortage of criticism last season from both fans & analysts alike, perhaps what Aaiden told him at that birthday party spurred something inside him that pushes him to do his best. Unfortunately, something tells me otherwise.

That makes sense to you?

"This game means nothing to playoff seeding, but since Pollard is hurt we must play our "injured" starting RB instead. Because the BACK UP must rest up, not the starter."

Yeah. I'm sure Zeke was their only option so they had to play him "injured".
