Front office hype. They know they won't be competitive until Dak gets back. What is the point of bringing back Dak when he most likely won't be able to throw the ball with velocity for probably at least 8 weeks. Rather have Rush if he is still standing in a few weeks. This O line will most likely get Rush injured.
Yep. It's just an excuse to roll with CR for a few weeks.

Lol this FO thinks most fans are dumb and they can say anything and we will believe it. Anything to generate hope and keep that money rolling in. I admire all of the other teams that you don't even hear speak unless it's absolutely necessary. I'm tired of hearing this FO speak.

I predict Dak will be back after Thanksgiving....I don't believe anything that comes out of this organization when it comes to injuries

A fracture does not heal in 4 weeks, it just doesnt.

So either Dak is going to play hurt or the front office is just blowing smoke to keep the fans interested since almost everybody thinks the season is now over.
Exactly. Being a Phillies fan, Bryce Harper went through the same ordeal. Harper was expected to be out for 6-8 weeks after undergoing surgery on his fractured left thumb after being hit by a 98 mph pitch on June 25th. He came back the very last Saturday in August. Over 10 weeks!

Yeah I think 6 weeks is an absolute best case scenario. 4 weeks doesn't even make sense, which means it came from the Jones boys.

What's it really matter when he gets back? Did you watch the game up to the hand injury? We are damned either way.

That's what makes this so hopeless. The jones aren't going to give up on Dak and they certainly won't stop being GMs so you pair ineptness with ineptness and you are going to keep getting this crap every year.

Instead of moving from game to game we move from drama story to drama story. It's like watching the real cowboys of Frisco County.

This is just Jerry & Co. trying to give fans hope when there is none of Dak coming back no sooner than after the week 9 bye. All Jerry & Co. care about is money and keeping fans in the seat as they realize after the pathetic showing against TB fans know how bad this team is, made worse with the Dak injury.

I was wondering how many tickets went on sell on all the different ticket sites.
Maybe Jerry seen that, or was informed about it. So he is trying to avoid opposing teams taking over the stadium. Not that it matters.
