LVE continues to be weak link

Nick Martin had has way with wolf boy (as well as other blockers) Couple first quarter plays but after that nothing and a day late and a dollar short on most running plays. We will be destroyed by rams and philly on the ground game. Our stellar defense really covers for an incredibly ineffective LVE (and Barr to be honest). But we will be exposed the next two games unfortunately. Washington did expose us with the run on a number of plays. Offensive coordinators on good teams with run games will fully expose our weak link. That is why I suggested more safely play and Wilson and Bland really shined. I just don't see the point of LVE taking up a spot on the 11.

This was the first game I’ve really honed in on LVE the entire game. He is a weak link. Soft as butta!
Exactly my point. I do focus on him specifically and after the first quarter almost always at the back end of every running play. Never tackle for loss, never in backfield, aways pushed around like a rag doll. I guess Q is big on that kind of play, until it becomes fully exposed and it will in coming games. Our D line, safeties and Micha Parsons really hide the ineffective linebacker play. And on one play, wolf boy actually tackled Micah Parsons tackling the runner. You cant make this crap up!

Would I like super studs at LB but LVE and Barr are what they are. LVE plays his assignment makes sure guys ar ein the right position he is not the same as he was his rookie season but he is far cry from what he was. Barr looks like a vet still trying to hold on to his prime ability and takes horrible angles.

MLB may be the biggest need in next year’s draft. He is never there to make a tackle at or near the LOS. If he isn’t 8 yards back, he’s in the wrong hole or caught up in traffic. They defiantly need an upgrade.
Then why may I ask, why when I post such things, so much hate on here and others extolling LVE’s virtues? Not getting it. Nothing personal, just horrendous LB play.

There has been a PRECIPITOUS DECLINE from rookie season and a stepwise decline thereafter.

Hopefully Damone Clark can play
I hoping for Clark and Cox but i would rather have even a safety in place of LVE. He does not break up any pass plays and his run play is inferior to say the least. A safety would at least be as good in run and better in pass and they have speed which is necessary. LVE looks like the slowest player on this field to me.
