i'll enjoy a superbowl win when they can prove they can earn one.

if they keep acting like they are, they will not be able to have that chance. my criticism is born of tough love, because i can see they have the talent to do so, but not the discipline.

Jimmy Johnson would have said the exact same thing I am when he won us 2 superbowls and his team won us a 3rd.
Enjoy the win bro.

Think I saw about 15 minutes of the game. We had about 50 family(s) members over at the in-laws ranch, truck load of kids n dogs in a driving monsoon! We lost power about 7 different times as well. Not to mention, four different cars couldn’t get out due to flooding and mud…..luckily a few had huge trucks to tow em out.

To top it off, my mother in-law decided to put the dessert table below the big TV

Dallas overcame some of its own ineptitude. things like this happen in a lot of games.
This is a sign of a good team that can do this.
Overcome mistakes and penalties and even the refs to a degree. Though they were pretty decent overall tonight.
They even hung in there in the 1st half in spite of Moore.

MM must have talked to him at halftime, or maybe pinned him against the lockers. Who knows, whatever happened it worked.

Are you really a fan? I agree we definitely can improve, but overall a win is a win. Happy Thanksgiving, haven’t won on this day in a long while
I am a fan for over 40 years. a single win is fine but it is nothing special to me, I expect them to win and just like our great coaches of old, i expect them to do it handily with flare and discipline.

they have been saying htey can improve for 20 years and running now, its time to put up.

some of y'all new fans problem is , you have a hard time seeing the forest for a tree.

JJohnson would have given them the day off for win, but then run cascades for sloppiness when they got back.

Yup
Refs got the call
Lotsa money on the cowboys -10 this week
Couldn’t have them cover the spread and the under
Bad first half
Looked better in 2nd
I’ll take the win but Dallas needs to get focused
Won 2 outta 3 which is what many predicted on this stretch - shoulda been 3 in a row
Still long way to go - team needs to get as healthy as they can and get ready to peak at right time

Some parallels from the first time we played them in the passing game

Rush 21-31 215 yards. 1 Td , no INTs

Prescott 20-30 261 yards. 2TDs 2 Ints

However, last time the defense allowed 167 rushing yards but this time they allowed only 90….

that’s a trend I like to see.

I’ll take the win
Team played poorly in the first half but came back and played a lot better in second half
This won’t fly in the playoffs but will do for now

Well I’m with you on that, however, our proud owner ran that man away after the second Super Bowl. This is today’s NFL and unfortunately it’s here to stay. Too many overpaid players and everyone looking for their next pay day. Very few hungry player ie Parsons, Williams and few others. Overall I’m pleased with a win on Thanksgiving bc I haven’t seen it in a while, I’m also realistic and know we have to improve in order to get to where we need to go. I’m Thankful for a win as we haven’t had a win on this day in a while;).

Do they not eat a Turkey leg or anything after the game? They did it for the bills/lions game, figured they do the same for the Cowboys?

dont get me wrong, I am happy about the win, i just want them to be better so they can keep it going. they have championship caliber players this year, but that does not always guarantee championships. Coaching, discipline , consistency and making your own opportunities by using those, COMBINED with talent does.

and of course you are correct about Today;'s NFL... blech lol.

The New York Giants have earned their place in the bloodbath called the NFC East. They play teh Cowboys twice every season. They know this team. The second game between them was never going to be easy, Most analysts misjudge the malice that exists in the NFC East

This score actually raises the average for the offense, which was previously ranked #7.

Could the Cowboys end up with the #1 offense and defense in terms of scoring?

The defense's points allowed increased slightly from 16.7 to 17.0.

Hey, this wasn’t a pretty one, but we showed we can come back from an adverse 1st half, and take care of business. Loved the way Dak turned his play around in the 2nd half. Gotta have a short memory and come out and get it done. Good win Cowboys.

Not just from an adverse first half. Get called for holding, normally a drive killer, and still scored a TD. Get called for a couple of false starts, and still scored a TD. And that was against a pretty good defense overall. Sure, they had some secondary issues that we exploited, but their line has been pretty solid. One of the reasons they've won as much as they have this year.

bad win, unacceptable sloppiness with the ball and a crap sequence in the first quarter of 3 passes and a 4th down run cannot be done aganst better teams. they are very lucky the giants had 5 key starters out on both offense and defense today. defense let them roll down the field on the last TD score.

champion teams do not come back 90% of the time, they do not have to , they dominate. Champion teams NEVER Stop playing until the clock counts 0, or at the least when your offense can run victory formation.

we cannot expect to win against a fully loaded good team we have to go against in the playoffs with a performance like today's and that is unacceptable, when we know we are better than that.
Lol, what a bunch of baloney.
