Bread is on the list. Best (economy priced) sliced bread I've ever eaten was Sunbeam. Holsum always seems so dry.

A better title for this thread would be...

14 Places You Should Never Take Advice From

and #1 on that list would be forum boards.

Also, if you somehow COULD substitute even half the "bad" things on that list for the "instead" item, your grocery bill would compound by about 900%.

If you want me to stop eating bread, you can go right to hell.

I think 2 things, stay away from white flour, and try to eat organic, it should not have roundup(I believe) sprayed on it.

Non-organic strawberries? Why not non-organic everything then? Do strawberries have their own proprietary pesticide that is much more harmful than all the other pesticides?

Feel like they could have made it a whole lot simpler by just saying "If it tastes good don't eat or drink it".

I think there are some fruits/vegetables that they have to use a lot more pesticides on, not sure if strawberries are one. But there are lists of which ones are like that., the idea being some are worth getting the organic and some are pointless. It makes the decision easier if you just want to get just a few things organic where there is a difference.

There's probably better but this is basically it.
