We need to finish off teams easier

you can have 20 seasons of winning, it doesnt make a lick of difference in the playoffs. I cant get it through a lot of fans heads, the playoffs is a different game from the regular season. in the play offs, your record doesnt mater. that mindset doesnt matter. you have to win in the playoffs. Winning teams finish.

Just a garrett led team. If we get up by a comfortable margin, we go ultra conservative with 3 runs in a row, oftwn resulting in a 3 and out. He has to trust that Dak is careful with the ball and we need to put these teams away.

Dallas dominated the 4th quarter and they certainly didn't "let Arizona back into the game" like you keep insisting. They lost by ELEVEN points.

Garrett went with some safe calls that possession. It didn't work out in converting. Was I happy we went 3 and out? No. But our defense since the first quarter, had done a far better job limiting their offense. We made them use their final timeouts and took a minute off the board. The Cards had to score two times in 3 minutes.
Had it been a 6 point game, yes, I would of preferred a tad more aggressive/trick playcalling there. Sweep to Switzer for example for an overaggressive defense.

I'm not even thinking playoffs right now, this team need to keep fighting and winning games and when the time comes for post season we will see where this team stands. Sorry but will not down play this team or Garrett over what might happen months from now. My focus in watching this team learn and develop as this season moves on.

Can't win playoff games in September bro. It's week 3. You sound like an enormous baby and we just beat a good team by 2 scores on the road. It's okay to give credit where credit is due. Cowboys got a nice regular season W against a conference opponent.

If people are giving an opinion, you can have a counter opinion, and i have mine. I made my points, the facts back it up. Is it popular? no but that doesnt matter.

And every game matters, no matter the month. September wins are still wins in december when you might need them. Didnt the media give Romo crap for certain month wins?

All your wins count, they arent divided, unfortunetly they dont matter in the play offs. You cant win in the play offs with Oct wins.

Reality check? You mean like the several years we did the same thing, going 3 and out by playing ultraconservative with a lead, and it burned us? You can play like that against carson palmer, but a better qb will burn you and lead a last minute td drive. If you can seal a game on offense, especially when the majority of talent is on the offense, you do that.

Yea, that first quarter was a repeat of Denver.

Luckily, coaches adjusted and players executed better. Still would be nice to fire on all cylinders soon for 4 quarters.
