The Titans expect more from their coaches than the Cowboys do. Pretty comical

The difference being the Titans have a real GM - Jon Robinson - and he's done a really good job since taking the position in 2016. Jerry is just playing a billion dollar version of Madden. (BTW, I wonder if he creates players for all his family members)

Apparently the Titans don't consider a single playoff win a ticket for lifetime employment, how weird:huh:

Yet Garrett's lone playoff win is celebrated on this board like there is a statue somewhere, its the pinnacle of Garrett's coaching career.

Pretty sure they are going to change the super bowl trophy to the Garrett Trophy...

it is insulting that Jones refuses to see the issue with the team is him...Is he the ONLY owner/GM in the league? he should sip his whiskey in the sky box and when a football decision needs to be made, the legit/football guy GM makes it...the GM should only contact JJ if he needs to spend more than is allotted and even then, tell JJ AFTER the decision has been made...

the dallas cowboys have not only had a HC that has needed to be canned for a while, but also a GM
