He said he made a mistake firing Gailey. He thought Chan should have been given more time. Campo was a bad coach with a bad team. Wade lost the team and had to go. So yeah. He's giving Garrett more passes than he should. Of course, to fire Garrett he'd have to admit JG ain't the boy genius he thought.

The Titans probably feel the HC was a primary reason they didn’t advance. Whereas the Cowboys obviously did not. This isn’t difficult.

What’s difficult is you guys not wanting to accept the fact that management doesn’t think the issues right now are with coaching. So you have to convince yourself that the Joneses are blind, or don’t care, when really their assessment just doesn’t agree with your own.

JJ is , obviously, very comfortable with Garrett. Garrett will not surprise JJ with the out-of-left field comment to the media. If Garrett misspeaks, JJ calls a press conference within a couple of hours and interprets exactly what Garrett meant to say. At JJ's age, added stress of a loose canon is to be avoided. (JJ may have a 40 year old brain, but his heart is in it's seventies.)...Garrett will be HC as long as JJ is comfortable.
