Stafford is Romo 2.0. He'd be beloved here.

LOL - we're all still waiting for you to tell us how to find those "QB's who win games" that you so desperately want. After all, they do it all by themselves so it shouldn't be too hard.

Also, wonder how QB's like Roethlisberger and Wilson and Ryan would've done in Detroit the last ten years. If you think Stafford is the problem with the Lions then you don't know....wait, I digress...

Waiting..waiting...

Lol Keep waiting. I am simply poking fun at the Romo hanger ons that can’t let him go and are determined to hate the current QB because Romo isn’t playing anymore. I see it got a rise out of you. Don’t go holding your breathe and turning blue. And, yes, I realize it is trolling, but they have been doing the same thing to Dak from day 1 simply because of Romo. It’s not as if you can have serious discussions regarding the QB position for the Dallas Cowboys on a message board. I’ve tried that in the past. Best to fall in line and have over the top opinions like everyone else.

So, it was a good observation and call out by you. Good job. I will see if you call out other posters who have been over the top with Dak or if Romo is the only QB that causes a rise out of you.

lol. So Zeke is only effective when he has free reign when defenses don't stack the box. Awesome. Teams stacked the box in 2016, yet Zeke averaged 5.1 ypc and broke long runs. He didn't do that last year or yesterday.

Well the announcers did say how good they were at stopping the run at the start of the game. But well, its easier to gameplan to stop the run, if you can cross out having to worry about the deep game.

Here is a link to Next Gen Stats for RBs, which include the % of rushing attempts with 8+ defenders in the box. People thing Zeke faces nothing but stacked boxes while other RBs just have open field to run in. The numbers should be pretty eye opening.

Zeke is just going to be one of those pet players that certain posters will protect at all costs, blaming others instead of acknowledging improvement needs to be made.

Stacked boxes is a lame, overused excuse for Zeke.

If he is this fragile he won't make it
Without the right help, probably not. And that would be a waste. We have black and white proof that the problem is in his head, so they need to at least make the effort to help him get his head right, and there's more to putting him in a position to succeed that drafting an OL high and getting rid of an alpha male WR. He has to get to a point mentally where he approaches every play with the same amount of focus, regardless of how many times he's been hit in the game.

Russell Wilson, talking about his "cognitive strength" coach:
“There’s nobody that understands competitive nature and the mind in the midst of chaos better than Trevor,” says Wilson, who meets with Moawad at least once a week during the season.
“There are so many times where I have been able to visualize myself being in a situation and overcoming an obstacle—it’s all about being the calm of the storm in the crucial moments.”
