Sunday night at HOME for Dak will be one major Pressure cooker.....I mean common it's evident to everyone he doesn't deal well with pressure on the field and that included mentally....I have slim hopes for Sunday night..............very slim.....slim Jim slim....
I know it's only week 2 but it definitely feels like a 'must win' game already, pressure will be on the whole team to deliver and not just Dak. If we lose and Dak does has another poor game then it's going to be toxic on here next Monday morning :(

If we lose at HOME and Dak is Dak will be looking forward to the draft by week 7........Our offense which had us spoiled for years as scoring was a gimmie now is our Achilles heel and only Dak can make it better by gutting them gints out when there playing STOP 21 defense....

And then what? Lose more games after, miss playoffs and be stuck with a ****** pick and stuck with Dak?

When needed adjustments aren't made until halfway through the 4th quarter, it's too late to save the day. That needs to change.

It is a must win if the prevailing statistics mean anything. If a team loses its first two games, there's just a 12% chance of the playoffs.

The sooner we all accept esp the FO that DAK is not the answer at QB the sooner we will be on the road to glory........!!!!

P.S. Time to give the house away to move up in the Draft and get ourselves a Franchise QB......

They had a chance to beat the Steelers in overtime. I can easily get the hate, but the team is much improved over the past 2 years.

No hate at all. I was rooting for them to win but the football God's said noway.

They have lost their first game before, right? Why would anyone give up on the season after a game?

I think the Cowboys can win any of the next 4 games.
Maybe they can win all 4 and be 4-1
win 3 and be 3-2
at worst, hopefully lol they win 2 and are 2-3.
The Giants lost today, havent seen their game yet, but now both teams will be desperate to win
next week.
Dallas is at home, so no travel and maybe they can play better on offense and win.

The good thing about today was the defense proved they are going to be good, they
had the goal line stop and turnover , and kept dallas in the game to the end.

What was bad was the play calling and game plan, and no spy on Cam was just plain stupid.
It was Cam taking off on runs that helped Carolina keep drives alive and get their offense going.

Also Elliot only had 15 carries lol and that is just plain stupid too. it should be 25-30.
He is their best weapon and they dont know how to use him.

But all that said I still think Dallas can beat any or all of the next 4 teams

Agreed. I don't think we are done. We are about to go on a little run.

I watched the Giants-Jags game and I don't have a good feeling about the Cowboys-Giants. The Giants have great WRs, a real threat at RB and a QB who can throw a very accurate pass if given time. They also have an offensive scheme that is designed for the personnel they have. Their OL is not very good and I expect both Lawrence and Taco/Gregory(if he plays) to get pressure on Manning. But the Giants know this is a problem so they run plays where Manning gets rid of it quickly. This works because his receivers are open quickly. We know OBJ can take a short pass to the house and he can go deep too. To give Manning time for the deep passing they will roll the pocket - something Dallas should do with Dak.

On defense the Giants have two excellent corners and an excellent safety to can play the pass and run. Given the quality of their CBs, I expect he will be up close to the line to stop Zeke. The Giants use a 3-4 defense this year and they are pretty good at it already. The linebackers are not as good as Carolina's but they are pretty good. They have an excellent nose tackle playing against the Cowboys biggest weakness on the offensive line. Dak will need to be ready to move again. I think the Cowboys will be able to run some on the ground, but they always seem to struggle with 3-4 defenses. I don't see Dak having a big week throwing the football. I can see the Giants picking Dak off 2 or 3 times if Dallas gives up on the run early again.

I think the Giants will expose the Cowboys safeties and score some points. I think they will expose the defense, which allows RBs to get open underneath, with Barkley for some big plays. Think Todd Gurley.

On the other hand, I don't see the Cowboys scoring many points if Dak is as off target as he was against Carolina. In fact, based on what I saw in preseason and in game one, unless the Cowboys come up with plays to buy Dak some time to try some deep balls, I can see Dallas struggling to score again. The Jags biggest play from scrimmage was a run by Blake Borttles. Other than that, they didn't do much on offense and scored 7 of their 20 points on a tipped ball pick 6.

Because we've seen this same movie for years and the re-runs are stale and the results the same. After a while, you will know what plays they are going to run each down cause I sure do. If I do, you know every defense in the league knows. Cowboys are in bad mojo!
