I’d want Rod to take over just so we can see Kris Richard take over the Defense completely.

The Cowboys don't have a HC on staff. Richard is definitely not the answer. May as well keep Garrett if they are looking within.

Fire Garrett and hire Richard as new HC before someone else does...Or, go with Kellen Moore. Jones thinks Garrett was qualified to be a HC when he carried a clipboard around for years so why not the same for Moore???

Rod, then he can retire when the season ends so he can enjoy his 70's.
The offensive side of coaches needs to be scrapped.

This is Jerry's worst nightmare. He was so excited about Dak that he wouldn't even allow Romo to compete for the job. Now, Jerry is going to have to eat some crow and come to the realization that its 2001 all over again.
