As fans, we do this to ourselves.


We continue to purchase merchandise, attend games, and tune in to this crapfest week after week, year after year.

The only way any change will come is if we stop supporting this franchise financially. Jerry doesnt give a damn, as long as hes making money. When that stops, so will this nonsese and crap of a team he puts out there year after year

Of course he's going to say that, and I'm sure that's true. But let's not act like its him doing all the research, coming up with the ideas, etc...he's just signing off on what he's sold. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know more than a few dozen players outside of the Cowboys. I recall several times this year it was clear he didn't either know a new coaches name (Sanjay Lal), or different player names (on opposing teams).

The old man has empowered the wrong people.

Stephen scares the hell out of me - chip off the old block, wants to be seen as part of the solution, opens his trap and yap yap yaps...

Perfect example - if he was really just doing his own thing, no way Dez gets cut.

Marinelli as head coach? Lol. No. He needs to be fired and you want to make him head coach?

If I am Romo there is no way that I step away from a job paying me millions of dollars a year to watch/broadcast 20 football games a year. Especially, to become an OC on a train that is heading nowhere. He gets paid millions to work sparingly throughout the year. Gets to spend all kinds of time with his family and play all the golf he wants to play. Plus he is still getting tons of endorsement deals. They would have to offer me something like Gruden get to even get me thinking about walking away from that gig. Head Coach = Yes, OC = No. Head Coach salary = Yes, OC salary = No

I don't buy merchandise and I'm not attending another game until the clapper's stench is off this team.

Jerry could always point to a bad season and then a good one with Garrett, he is now dealing with 2 bad ones in a row. There is no escape for Garrett at this point.
