Bill Vinovich is the ref for the game Sunday. The Rams are 0-8 when he is the head referee. He was also the ref that reffed the game between the Rams @Saints earlier in the year with this controversial call

and even after being challenge, the call stand. It change the momentum of the game and the Rams eventually lost. Had he change the call because everyone can tell it was a first down regardless if it was the knee or shin that was down, the Rams would not be trailing behind but rather leading the Saints. This was one of the worst call by an officials this year. Rams have never won a game with him as the head referee.

I am honestly depress right now. For some reason the Rams this year have always had the ball spotted 2 yards behind where it should be at meanwhile teams like the Pats get the ball 1 yard further than where the balls are at. It honestly making me not want to watch football anymore, this is straight up WWE with the way certain teams are favor (New England every year).

Don't bet on that, the Rams will not only cover the spread but will win outright

But why do certain teams have to not only beat the other team but the refs as well? This goes for all sports and not just football. And I know the NFL know this, my theory is that the NFL want Brees to win a 2nd SB. It cannot be a coincidences when a team is 0-8 when a certain referee is in charge of their game.

Brees is an old man at the end of his career. If anything, the league marketeers will want young QBs who can relate to younger/newer fans worldwide i.e. Mahomes and Goff. The league also wants the Rams to be successful in LA. A SB win is the best way of ensuring this.

You would think but maybe the NFL don't want a Pats vs Rams SB due to spygate? The ref for the AFCCG is the same ref who instigated deflate gate vs the Patriots.

The Rams will look like Dallas against the Saints. It's absurd how there's only two teams who continuously play well, while others stopped. (Saints/Chiefs)

I'm cheering for either team being they both only won one SB.

Brees looks like he's injured or something. He missed a few deep balls vs Philly that would have been 7 easy.

He doesn't have the arm strength he used to. Out of all the remaining QB, Brees has the weakest arm. Great QB but I still hate him ever since he decided to join the Saints of all team.

I know they are supposed to be biased as refs but they are fans as well and have their favorite teams......take the "in the grasp" call against us last game.....I haven't heard that call made in years.......like the one you just made, there probably is something to it.

That was a bad call and I think it was because the ref was incompetent. On the other hand Vinovich call was challenge and was not even overturn despite clear evidence. Gosh, this game is going to take years off my life. I'm already pretty much losing hair at a rapid rate and don't really have good heart condition at this point.

Like the Saints to cover and hit the over. The Rams secondary is toast.

I hope the Saints win but my money is going on the Rams. Id normally like the saints at home but how can you bet against Donald and Suh. The Eagles we're totally banged up and the saints just barely squeeked out a win.

The Rams beat the brakes off of the Cowboys and didn't even have to throw much. If the Rams don't drop a couple of TD passes and a pick six they hang 40+ points on us. They are clicking on all cylinders and the saints offense has kinda sputtered these past few weeks. I think the superdome crowd gets taken out fairly early and the Ram's coast to an easy victory by the start of the 4th quarter. Best bet of the year +3 Rams with Donald and Suh wreaking havoc on Brees from the start. These guys are healthy and definitely saved plenty of gas for the playoffs. The Rams look unstoppable on both sides of the ball but if Donald and Suh have a repeat performance like they did against the Boyz then it's gonna be a long day for Brees and Payton. I hope the saints can pull it out but but they look outmatched and not as hungry as the Rams who are gonna put up 30-35 against whoever they face down the stretch .

0-8 over what time period, against what opponents?

I went back and watched SB 50 with CJ Anderson being less fat and leading the Broncos to the Lombardi trophy and my goodness, he is a BEAST. He was dragging defenders from 4 yards behind the first down line to 6 yards after it. Even his one yard SB run was tough and gritty. This dude is no joke. He been there and done that so this is going to be huge for the Rams when it comes to having SB winners on their team.

They got a healthy beast of an oline that's played together healthy for 2 years. Goff had time to make everybody a sandwich last week on passing downs. Lol .

It looked like the red Sea got parted on several of those runs. It's no wonder why gurley had 17 TDS this year.

Anderson was an excellent pick-up. Super smart coaching staff. I think they come out throwing this week to set up the run but then they run it down their throats late .

I expect some kind of gadget trick play up McVeighs sleeve just because they can. I always liked Sean payton .Thought the Cowboys should have made him the coach instead of letting him go

I hated Sean Payton until I actually watch interview of him and such. He actually answer the media question instead of Bill Belichick. With that said I don't know how true these two things are but I won't forget Bountygate and Spygate. Trying to take out Frank Gore was extremely mess up. Grant it was from that awesome person Greg Williams but he on Payton team.

Brees led the entire NFL in passing yards this year and still completed 69% of his passes.
Sure, he's older, but he had an outstanding season.
Something does seem to be off in recent weeks though
