Good for him. Back to his college town.

Dolphins have Stills, Parker, Wilson and Grant as their top 4.

TBD if Parker decides he can man up and play through boo-boos or not.

Could be a top 3 WR there, especially if Wilsons hip isn't 100%.

Once I saw him on the field with his foot turned around, I realized he was probably going to be a two way player now......

1 year for 3 million.
So he got practically the same contract with the Fins, that the cowboys were insisting that he take with them ?
But maybe it was a closer to home and family situation, and the feeling of that he has a better chance of competiting for a top 3 WR spot.
and he doesn't have to worry about special teams either.

If Ceddy has real skills and proves durable, he probably could help fill in the 4th WR spot that Hurns previously occupied. before his shoulder-IR injury, he was impressing in both OTAs and very early training camp with his quick learning, hands and route running and was being used inside slot and outside .maybe even rookie speedster Jonvea Johnson could be groomed as
a slot guy as well.

I'm happy for Hurns and glad to see Cedrick get his opportunity if it works out that way. Everything will work out fine. Hurns gets another chance to play and the Cowboys likely won't miss a beat in the meantime. We'll have enough capable WRs this year to compete well with the best teams in the league. Looks like everything will work itself out. What, me worry? Hey, if Alfred E. Newman can hack it, so can we. ;)

Not certain the meaning of the post here but two way player and foot turned around?

Is there humor in this?

I glad he will get a shot elsewhere and probably even a bigger role and chance to play more.

I cannot say Hurns departure will be regrettable, if we manage to avoid the injury bug we'll be fine with Cobb and the young promising guys. And Its time we find out what we have in these young kids like Wilson, Johnson and Brown. I think we can get great production out of them if they stay healthy.
Heck, that was even a concern with Hurns durability issues, even prior to us signing him on in '18.

And while Hurns can lineup outside, he's not a stand out there. Unless he gets a careless CB sleeping on his double moves (ala Tenn game for a TD) he just doesn't have the flank speed
to consistently separate from those starting CBs.

Its not likely he was going to provide mismatches on the outside. He's savvy and crafty as an inside slot guy. That's where he really excelled as a former pro bowler with Jax (2005?)
Having to move outside, he quickly loses his effectiveness, according to his game log, with most of his games he averaged no more than two catches.
