That was the first one I thought of too, but statistically speaking he beats White. 440 yards and 4TDs vs. 285 yards and 0 TDs.

draft expectation-wise , maybe?
Yes Rogers was heralded as the next great WR. Even picked ahead of Andre Johnson. White was taken outside the top, and even some though top 10 was a bit of reach

For me, I see busts such as Carpenter, Richardson, Leaf etc...

Guys who didn't suffer a horrific injury but either lacked proper talent, attitude, or physicality to even become a decent player in the league.

White, unfortunately just had zero injury luck.

The guy who really busted was the doctor who missed the bone density test. Dude is made of straw.
It’s crazy though, he’s never been hurt in college or even high school. Gets to the pros and can’t stay healthy at all.

Threadwell is well on to bust status, of course he wasn’t picked as high. Remember how much talk around here about the possibility of drafting him?

Justin Blackmon was another dude that was drafted high and he just straight up drank himself out of the league in a record time.

Snake bit with injuries. Kid was talented but drafted above where he should’ve gone.

But he’s also one of those one year wonder guys in college. Was above average at Lackawanna (rightfully so. Guys don’t put up 1500 yards and 10 TDS at JUCO) and was decent at WVU his first year.

He just exploded on the scene. That year WVU almost had FOUR 1,000 yard receivers. (White-1,447 Smallwood 1,048 Alford 959 Snell 928.

Blackmon was projected as “Dez Bryant without the off field issues” by some. Dude was really talented, but funny looking back at that comparison.

Kevin white never looked the part even before he was drafted. Lets talk about all those receivers the lions drafted before landing the jackpot.

Roy Williams (he was very overrated, not as talented as the guys below)
Mike Williams
Charles Rogers

Rae carruth, that possession receiver the bears drafted around the same time as Randy Moss, that fast guy the Bengals drafted, tavon Austin, test ginn. So many lol.
