He played well

He’s got a tougher task next week despite the skins second half they have a good defense that actually tries to cover people

So, a perfect QB rating and over 400yds passing is what he's supposed to do? Right? If that is the case (bad defense, blown coverages) who ever play the Giants this year should have the same success? Right? Great way to start the season. I'm looking forward to the 'Boys continuing this throughout the season.

No doubts but nothing to change my previous opinion of him for better or worse. We beat a horrendous team, he had wide open receivers and little to no pressure, he made the throws he should have. That’s not knocking him but I would expect the majority of those throws from any professional QB worth his salt under the same circumstances.

I'm actually starting to wonder about you. You hate Zeke and now you're poopooing Dak....is there anyone on the team you DO like? Lemme guess, heath has potential, right? :)

You simply have no understanding of quarterbacking a professional football team. You just proved it not that we didn’t already know from your past posts.

The fallacy in the Dak analysis has long been an assumption among some that he, for some reason, couldn’t benefit from the continued growth that many QBs see in their third, fourth etc seasons.

Go look at what Russell Wilson did in his fourth season as compared to Years 1-3.

Dak showed today tremendous improvement in numerous areas. It’s a great sign for what he can become.

I think Dak played very well today. That being said it is 1 game against a bad team and a porous defense. I give credit to the WR's & the OC and Dak for today's game. In fact I would even argue that the first few series of missed throws was more just 1st game jitters than Dak not being able to make those throws.

But as happy as we all our..... let's just enjoy the win and see how the season plays out. A lot of members go from one extreme to the next on each play. The season is a marathon. As long as Dak has studs at every position he should play good. Does that mean I want the Cowboys to pay him $40,000,000 a season and make him the highest paid player of all time. No I do not. And I do not believe any team out there will offer him as much money as the Dallas Cowboys will.

Next week at Washington will be a tough game. We are expected to start 3-0.... anything less than that is a failure. Yeah the Dolphins game is a win....lol.

The front office has assembled a massive amount of talent. I would argue we have the best WR's in football, the best O-line in football. Jarwin convinced me he was a stud last year. Only TE to catch 3 TD's in 1 game in all of 2018... and the first Dallas Cowboy TE to ever do that. I would also say we have a good RB.... did not want to leave him out.

Before today started I would have ranked Dak as around the 16th-20th best QB in the league.... I think after today I would move him up a couple of notches. 12th-17th???? But guys.... It is just 1 game.

I was watching the game with some Cowboys haters today. The ONLY thing they had to say was, "But, but, these are the Giants!". Let's see how much success Tampa's QB has against "one of the worst defenses in the league" next week. I was pleasantly surprised myself. I'm loving the improvement!
