Wrong.

His records will never be even threatened. Most consistent receiver of all time.

Twice as many yards as Michael Irvin.

33 more touchdowns than Emmitt Smith.

224 more receptions than 2nd place.

Averaged 15 yards per reception.

Played 20 seasons.

Won three Super Bowls.

Nobody else is even close.

Agreed... or at least a minimum the greatest player of the past 50 years in the league.

Fletcher Cox, who I wanted in the '12 draft instead of that stinking trade up for Claiborne.

*dude smoked crack cocaine on the flippin' sideline with a towel over his head on a national football league televised broadcast,,,

I didn't know about that. I have to reconsider. Bill Parcells said Taylor was the most talented player he ever coached, but what you cite is disturbing. I'm changing my vote:

Ronnie Lott

for me, it was Dan Hampton.

I'll go with players that could have been Cowboys:

Luke Kuechly or Fletcher Cox instead of Claiborne.

LeSean McCoy over anybody the Cowboys drafted in 2009.

Damon "Snacks" Harrison as a UDFA in 2012 or as a free agent in 2016 or for a 5th round pick in 2018.

Bobby Wagner with the 2nd they gave up to trade up for Claiborne.

Nick Mangold instead of Bobby Carpenter.

Trade up for Earl Thomas in 2010 instead of trading to pick Dez.

I was a big fan of OG Trai Turner in the 2014 draft.
- He had been rated as a late round pick by the draft media until right before the draft.
- The Cowboys tried to trade up to draft him but just missed.
- He has been selected to the Pro Bowl in all seasons except his rookie year.

The obvious ones:
Randy Moss
Ed Reid
Joe Montana
Tom Brady

Randy Moss.

My dad was stationed in England so I was overseas monitoring the draft on dial-up internet and a six or seven hour time difference.

Was highly disappointed to see “Greg Ellis” pop up on the screen.
The biggest, dumbest, and franchising destructive pass on a player in Cowboys History. Randy Moss would have been backing off safeties for Emmitt Smith, made Deion focus on CB, and would have been opposite Micheal Irvin...how did that work out for Chris Carter?

"No Moss" almost became bigger that "No Mas" in Sports History.
