They’re still recovering from what they gave up for RG3. That put them behind the ball for years to come and the investments they’ve put into QBs after that, and those haven’t planned out either.

Plus their ownership, FO, coaching staff, and old players have done no favors. That organization is a mess. Now, if the Eagles can get to that point, I’d be happy.

I beg to differ. Their current coach is not a leader. Players do not believe in him. It was questioned by players off the record why he had AP not only not starting in week one but not even dressed. If he ever had the locker room he certainly lost it after that mistake.

Maybe. The interesting thing is that McVay, LeFleur and Shanahan are all celebrated for their offensive ingenuity, not because they are leaders of men. What you're suggesting, ironically, is that they need Jason Garrett when the tweet is suggesting that they miss all the Kellen Moore types they once had.

Oh I don’t know. Maybe start with the fact that they’ve gone from Kirk Cousins to Alex Smith to Case Keenum under center. That’s a who’s who of meh (at best) at the most important position on the field.

F/O and coaches make those decisions, not teh players.

Your argument goes too far, basically laying the root of all organizational dysfunction on coaches. To see that it goes too far, consider that these wonder boys were all with the 'Skins from 2010-2013. Which QBs, exactly, did they direct the scouting department to draft so that the team wouldn't be the big pile of mediocrity that it is today?
I didn't say any such thing other that the coaches work with the scouting people to let them know what type of players they want per position. That is all.
