When I started this thread I was wondering how many negative opinions have been changed about Dak. It seems not many.

the idiots who pretended Dak can't pay at this level are simply ignorant and as such are stuck on stupid

a few obvious issues yjt seem ignored in the thread

- all 5 players on the list are current starters
- Dak is by far the youngest, 25 vs 30/+
- Wilson at 30 is the 2nd youngest, drafted in 2012

so no one drafted since 2013 has a higher passer rating, at least no one who's thrown a min 1500 passes
Mahomes will likely top the list sometime next year, he's at 114 now, Goff will reach 1500 sometime this season, he's at 94

frankly, I have a problem with the rating ... IMO, it doesn't account for idiot / great FOs or OCs or scheme.

I still say the best way to judge a QB independent of such is simply to look at their 2 minute stats. Note, when a QB is throwing is during a 2 min drill the idea is to score now. So looking at what the top 5 delivered in 2018.

I have told you before that I have stated my reasons several times over the last couple of years. I am not wasting more time listing the reasons and I am not ashamed of any of them. I know what you are hinting at, but you are too gutless to say. If that was the case, I would say so and I wouldn’t care what anybody thought about it. Those types of accusations means nothing to me.

just last year 16 starting quarterbacks had 95 rating or above.

high 90's means nothing as of right now. everything is inflated.

the eye test is all that matters.

I have only ever used the eyes test with Dak. And I have seen raw brilliance with a high degree of motivation. Which told me the raw brilliance could be shaped into something special. And that is happening before our eyes starting with getting Cooper and going 10 and 2, now 12 and 2. Cooper being the number 1 wide out over that time, and culminating in Dak playing lights out now.

i think dak is a top 5 qb already, don't have to convince me. i'm just saying these qb rating stats don't mean much at all anymore. the entire league has inflated qb stats.

qbr is probably a better rating, but still iffy
