Defensive snap counts.

100 Million Dollar Man only 55%.

Less than Collins 73, Covington 70, Quinn 70. Barely more than Hyder at 52.

Add in ST, and Heath has the most snaps on the team!
GOAT! GOAT! GOAT!

I was thinking the same during the game. Especially, one big third down he was out.

Guess they want to keep them fresh? If so it needs to be managed better so he’s on the field for third down plays.

If he was injured really injured he shouldn't be playing. If he's out there he can play. Difference between Injury and Pain

guess that's what coaches and trainers are for, to determine what's within a players means, limits and threshold.
frankly it may be just me but I still tend to think he could be very much still in a post-surgery recovery mode -and that's a gradual process.

who knows when/at what point he really starts to show that 14 sack terror that was tearing up the left side end- and just maybe Saints was starting to be a sign of things to eventual come.
he definitely wasn't Robert Quinn, but I thought Dlaw was starting to gradually show a few moments in the Saints backfield. (and refs missed how OT pushed him into Bridgewater's legs)

Remember the contract-race rush to get him to have the shoulder surgery ? - something he should have done years ago, than letting it prolong, let alone months prior in this offseason.
But what's done is done, and who knows how much is recovery and how much is conditioning he could be lacking, as he's had zero contact drills, padded practice all summer.
Basically i'd like to leave it in the hands of the coaches and trainers and how they prefer to regulate his snaps and relief- breathers. I want to have him on a long term run than suffer an
injury in trying to push him back full throttle.

Cowboys claim DeMarcus Lawrence shoulder injury not severe

By: Todd Brock | September 30, 2019 3:16 pm ET

Sunday night’s game against the Saints has hurt the Cowboys in more ways than one. While Tyron Smith suffered a high ankle sprain and Kavon Frazier may have torn a pectoral muscle, edge rusher DeMarcus Lawrence was also noticeably absent during several key defensive stands for the Cowboys in the second half of their 12-10 loss.

After the game, coach Jason Garrett told the media Lawrence’s shoulder injury was “not deemed to be serious.” Executive Stephen Jones echoed the sentiment on 105.3 The Fan on Monday.

You probably noticed DeMarcus Lawrence playing fewer snaps in the second half Sunday vs. the Saints. Cowboys COO Stephen Jones told @1053thefan that Tank tweaked his shoulder (not the surgically-repaired side) "but hopefully that's not going to be an issue." #cowboyswire

Lawrence has 2.5 sacks through four games and was recently identified as the edge rusher facing the most double-team blocks entering Week 4.

Jones’s comments on Dallas radio on Monday would seem to lend credence to that evaluation, but with Tyrone Crawford and Antwaun Woods already absent along the defensive line, the Cowboys can ill afford to lose another member of the unit to injury, especially the group’s standout superstar.

Robert Quinn is playing superbly at the other end position with three sacks and double-digit pressures in just two games, but would stand to be heavily impacted if opposing offenses can key on him without the significant threat Lawrence provides.

If you're gonna snap-count the guy, get him out on first downs and let him play the passing downs. Replace his pass rush by blitzing more on first.

He's gettin big money unless he's too injured to play he needs to be out there. I don't wanna hear about any of this injured babying nonsense.
I don't believe he is injured. Yes I believe he's in pain. The professionals work through that. That's the difference he's not injured in my opinion

NO had a lot of third and short in the second half. Which allowed them run, or short pass of some kind.
