Mangini and Cris Carter breaks down the 2point conversion play. I know Moore called this play and will get the blame but this play has been staple of JG's offense. A play where all the receiver run a curl route to a same depth. 322 all curl.

Typically we run this play a lot on 3rd and long where all the receiver runs near the stick and gets tackled short of the 1st down marker. One of the worst plays we've ran/run in JG era.

Don't kill yourself over analyzing the play or listening to the TV/radio talk heads talking about (They are paid to talk, any talk, just talk and fill up the airwaves)

It worked a million times with Witten and Romo/Dak. Witten runs to the first down line (goal line in this case) and catches it and every body is happy.
This time, their d-line beat our O-line and hit the QB. He didn't make a good throw and that's it.

Believe me, you are way better off not wasting your time listening/watching talk heads trying to look smart and sell you "talk". I rarely find anything on TV that actually teaches people about Football

Sums Jason Garrett's career well.

Depends on players to win 1-on-1's. No design, no creativity. No countering what the defense is trying to do to you. Just hope like heck your guy beats their guy.

Yikes, Mangini said "You're basically cleaning it up for the defense."

Fits Garrett to a tee.

Something is very telling on this plate.....Dak can't audible/isn't allowed to audible into something better...and coaching is setting Dak back further.....HC & OC should be accountable on this play. This organization's arrogance is dooming them once again. What more is needed to show the ineptitude?

That play put on display Daks most significant flaws.

Poor job on reading and recognizing the defense.

Always a click or two slow pulling the trigger.

Poor at throwing the quick, tight window pass in the endzone.

And no, I'm not blaming the failure of that play entirely on Dak but he sure didn't do anything to improve the odds when he had options.

Of course, Dak didn't have any time to look for another option since a blitzer came through completely untouched.

Witten was still open, the ball just went 5 yards somewhere else.

That play put on display Daks most significant flaws.

I'm always fascinated by guys who see football but have no idea what they're watching, or are so driven by an agenda that they just come off that way.

Excellent breakdown on how inept the coaching staff really is. Greg Williams has blitzed in that situation for like 20+ years, everyone but Dallas knows what is coming. It’s like they don’t even try to scout the defense, just keep calling the same 4 plays no matter what.
