If we needed a QB and we drafted him in the 1st round I would be ok with what i've seen of him so far.
He has potential to be an above average QB in the NFL.

Think he will be very good. He is already the best QB in NY since Sam Darnold is awful except for the game he played us

He's a 22-year-old prospect. In a year, with some hard work and solid coaching, he's got a good shot at being 23.

First off, way to early to be coining him "Dimes", but the ESPN announcer was already referring to him as that.

What did you think of him as a QB?

Dallas dline and linebackers really brought the pressure last night. Hit him and knocked him around regularly. Woods laid Jones out when he was "blocking." Even took it easy on him with the hit.

There was a couple of times where the camera was on him when he was on the sidelines and he looked straight up sad.

I don't think he will have the mental toughness to survive in this league, especially if he doesn't learn to protect the football. 8 or 9 fumbles lost already.
Being honest, I like him, he has potential.
I feel for him since he has a crappy hc, and weak team.

Daniel Jones is just a rookie QB who simply got "thrown to the wolves" before he was fully prepared to take over. Eli was washed up and the team needed to do something hasty to extricate themselves from their dilemma. I'm pretty sure Jones will improve plenty with the necessary development he requires. Whether he ever manages to rise to "elite" status or not remains to be seen. Evidently, there's nothing wrong with his passing arm.

If Dak had that performance he would be getting absolutely roasted but here you have Cowboys fans willing to give Daniel Jones a pass on that terrible performance and using excuses you would never allow Dak to use. What's up with that?

That was the third game I’ve watched with him at QB and I must say..he looks pretty damn mediocre and his accuracy is really bad so I don’t know where this “dimes” BS comes from. Maybe it’s a mocking nickname like calling a big guy, “Tiny”? Ain’t no “Dimes” about Danny’s passing game.

Oh and the best route running receiver.
Remember 1/3 of the salary cap protecting the panic guy. One guy goes down, the offensive line was awful. LOL. good one
Yep
Actually during that losing streak Smith and Collins were both down in OL a couple games .Something our leading Dak Slobberer failed to mention.

average and below average when everything isn't perfect, but I support him.
Dak continues to struggle without all of his Elite supporting cast.

But with the first 3 games top of the league performance( I even said at the time MVP level ) his numbers are still hovering in lower part of top 10. A definite improvement over last couple of seasons. We’ll see if it holds up during our toughest stretch of the season.

Some of you people are VERY easily impressed.

Daniel Jones didn’t show anything to suggest that he’s a franchise QB Monday night.

“But he’s a big, strong-armed guy with good mobility!!”

Yeah, no ****, that’s why he was the #6 overall pick. Still doesn’t mean he can play this position at a high level.

I’m not impressed by none of these guys. I don’t see it with Goff, I don’t see it with Mayfield, Darnold, Tribusky......I just don’t see what everyone else sees. And as much as I dislike the worship of the overrated Wentz I can at least see what there is to like there.
