Finally something that makes sense about what is wrong in Dallas.

Clearly its Jerrah pulling strings and over ruling his coaches.

I was wondering when Moore was going to get his share of the rightful blame.

So coach Jerrah can just roll up his pants and wade into the swamp he created.

Back when it was announced Moore was the OC..

I was stunned like many of us that such an inexperienced playcaller would lead the team post Linehan.

I agree with Garrett's reported complaint that he and he alone should have complete control of the offense to decide his future.

This was a decision if I was Garrett would make me want out of the organization.

There is just too much rear seat coaching going on with Jerrah.

Parcells got the similar overrule attitude from Jerrah when Jerrah signed TO when Parcells did not want him.

TO was signed anyway.

This is crazy.

How do we get a good coach here to coach if he knows Jerrah reserves the right to do this?

The Cowboys set franchise records for total yards (6904) and passing yards (4751) and scored 434 points. Moore's offense worked, but it's clear he didn't always dial up the right plays at the right time.

I would rather keep him for now because the Cowboys clearly have something going with him and he should get better with experience. Just my opinion.

So Garrett is whining that Moore had too much power?! Crazy. We finished with the #1 total offense--- with a first year play caller. Besides that-- grow a pair and over-rule your assistants if you are the HC-- and take control of the game. Sometimes it is better to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission. It's not like JJ would be that upset if Garrett took over playacting during a game when we were struggling and led us to a win lol...

This is just more of Garrett trying to find a scapegoat and avoid taking responsibility for his non-action during the season. It's everybody else's fault Daddy... I am just the head coach boo-hoo. This is sickening, pathetic, and neurotic. We knew there was rot in this organization-- but this has truly been eye-opening to see just how deep the incompetence and dysfunction run. I mean-- wow. What a clown show.

Good question but if this is true and Garrett wants to remain another year to prove he is better than Moore..

that maybe reasonable but not exactly a solid reason to make Jerrah change his mind about Jason.

As pointed out, Garrett was not good when he had the chance.

Now we wants to take an offense that has been obsolete and have Garrett, who is also obsolete and rework it?

I don't think it's specifically to prove he's better than Moore. It's probably just that he wants to control his own fate. Assuming, of course, the reporting is even accurate that Garrett asked. Sports reporting has become so ridiculous I don't trust anything that isn't verifiable.

For his youth and inexperience he did a decent job
I think he has some potential but I’d let new coach have his people

Honestly, we don't even know if that's happening.
Jason may want to bounce more than anything, but he's under contract and a man that will honor it.
We have no clue.

Kellen Moore was unproven before the season started, so I understand if Garrett was a little leery of hinging his future on that. Even so, I think it's far from certain that Garrett made a big issue about it anyway. Tabloid sports media isn't all that reliable.

The answer is you can't get a really good coach here anymore, and if we did it won't last long until Jerry intercedes. What has to be done is a total purging of the Jones Family from ownership. Jerry, his Son, everyone.
