Wade is a great DC. I don’t see them changing from 3-4 to 4-3 though. And if I was Wade. I wouldn’t come back either. He will have other opportunities

Though, McCarthy has traditionally preferred 3-4 defenses. However, the lack of a "big guy" NT to clog the middle will be a big need for a 3-4, which we don't have.

Why in the world would Wade want anything to do with Jerry Jones after the treatment he got here? Good grief, people.

I mean, he simply got fired for being a lousy head coach. Which are Wade's words, not mine. I don't think he will come here, but it's not like he was pushed out the door during a winning season.

....we need two quality DTs right now and we refuse address it with a quality player.
DL is in total shambles. I'd love to move on from Crawford (now that the dead cap is just $1M, savings of $8M, aging, injuries, not getting any better), use that money for Quinn (our best defensive player this year). No more "JAGs" in the middle, need big guys to collapse the pocket and prevent opposing QBs from running forward.

I just don't think our front office prioritizes the position and why I've never liked moving to the 4-3. It's far too dependent on stud DTs. I'd much rather just find one big boy NT.

Burned bridges aside, no way we're going through a personnel switch to bring him back
