Pretty quick little video. I enjoy Kurt and I think this pertains to a lot of CZers questions with the new HC coming in.

And please, if you watch the whole video..keep your Pro/Anti Dak crap out of this thread. My intentions for sharing this video are solely to discuss Kurt's opinions and points on the possible Kellen and Big Mike offense.

I think that McCarthy will aid in the development of Dak. Prescott has been improving steadily since he arrived as a rookie and this is a great move. I want to see Moore retained if only for one year to help transition the offense. This is a great move by the Jones family.

Dak needs to get with McCarthy and Moore today and get to work. So excited about the possibilities.

That's essentially what Kurt was saying..he wouldn't be surprised at all if McCarthy kept Moore as a "liaison" for the transition.

Mike McCarthy has been a football coach for over 30 years, over 25 years in the NFL. There's nothing a 30 year old with no experience other than a year of failure inside a dysfunctional mess can provide him.

This call has Jerry Jones' fingerprints all over it.

In all honesty, you could be 100% right.

We'll never know, unless McCarthy spills the beams after he leaves Dallas.

There have been some reports of Big Mike being infatuated with Moore. He even gloats about his "favorite play" being one of Moore's.

Again, it's all purely speculation until we hear otherwise.

Dak's along for the ride and will take what is there.. Nothing more or less.

What McCarthy needs to fix is the lack of explosive plays from Ezekiel Elliot.

Get the 2016 Cowboys Oline and Zeke back. Fix that and everything else will follow.

Dak will go as Zeke and Amari go.

Dak should continue to flourish under McCarthy.

LOL...…...Zeke and explosive don't go together.

And Dak did just fine with the Cabo stoned Zeke having a hangover for half the season.

Maybe Dak will finally lead the NFL in passing?

Oh wait, he already did that this year.

What will the excuses be after this year when nothing changes?

Warner despises discussing the Cowboys. It's funny to me. You can see it in his face.

I'm going all in on McCarthy (borrowing a thread title here).
I like what James Jones said about him. He played for the man for 8 years.

I view the coaching connection of McCarthy/Kellen Moore to be similar to Parcells/Sean Payton.
To me, how the defense changes will be a bigger question.

The one possible issue I see with a McCarthy/Moore offense is that they're both a little pass happy. Now, McCarthy hasn't had a guy like Elliott and I bet he's licking his chops over the possibilities with Pollard. I am not getting out in front of what this new HC has in the plans because he's also not in the position of making the superstar QB happy with his numbers.

As far as Moore is concerned, he got his marching papers directly and publicly from Booger. His job was to improve the offense, i.e. passing, and to make it more exciting, job done. Unfortunately, they found exciting ways to lose.

.... Warner like many others are just biased towards Dallas. Nothing is ever good enough.

Warner's "stale under McCarthy" talking points would be more palatable if he was able to offer some insight on the how it was to work with Ted Thompson as GM in GB.
