Watching Mahomes play I can understand the Dak hate. I like the guy, I'd say he's in the top 12-14 in the league. And a lot of the hate is completely unwarranted.

But the QB should be the best player on the team. So I understand the desire to have someone better at the position. Do we want to commit the next 6 years to Dak and hope the rest of the team is good enough to make up for his weaknesses?

our scouts should be looking for those traits in the draft. 6'2", can throw with ease, can move with ease (doesn't have to be fast) and doesn't share the mentality of a J. Russel, Mayfield/Manziel. Make a move if there's anyone out there, don't be scared.
