Safties are the current Cowboy trend, so here's a bit more. It's actually more about Quinn's coaching him up than his recovery, but interesting.

"It wasn’t a sure thing that he would be able to do so after tearing his Achilles last October. The fact that he’s back at practices and seems to be 100% is an amazing recovery. Kazee noted he had surgery about a week after it happened and that he’s been pushing his recovery ever since."

Prior to this injury I don't believe he missed any games. If recovered he should be a big upgrade.

Insane how fast he recovered and how long it took Hooker. Everyone’s body is different, if one of these guys gets back to their healthy form we have the best FS we’ve had in awhile. Above average FS play would be amazing.

Not to mention the potential Safety combo with Wilson.
