0-2 start

Let's hope! Go Cowboys!

amen brutha.....if the team can limit the errors, then I believe Dallas to be the better team, although, on the road, not by much...I can see something like 30-17 win if our offense doesn't turn it over

The turnovers killed us against SF. Can't get in that big of a hole and come back easily.

if we want to be reasonable about turnovers and turnovers do happen
I say we have one turn over.

The defense again emphasized turn-over concentration this week. I'm on board with Dallas getting two.

Let's start with having an even ratio in the turnover battle, although, of course, I would prefer a +2 or better

I don't even know what to think, at this point.

We've seen this before.

The team often will have a game where one side of the ball looks so bad, that the other side looks good by comparison. You'll come out thinking, "Well the offense was terrible, but the defense looks okay. All they have to do is fix the offense."

Then the next game, the defense gives up 35 pts and the offense scores 24, so it becomes, "Well the offense played a lot better but the defense looked bad, if they just tweak the defense, things should be better."

And the cycle continues.

It always seems like if it's not one thing, it's another. I never know what to expect from this bunch.

I understand, Count...I think Murphy's Law has already run it's course and will start to eat itself up.

30-17 is not by much?

In what world?

Me and the wifey will will do what we can to keep 0-2 from happening. On our way to Nashville now.

I'll try to put my lurking on hold and share some thoughts when we get back.

Welcome on site, and have some great fun!!

I woke up this morning, sun shininig, cool crispness of fall in the air and i got a very warm and fuzzy feeling about the COWBOYS TODAY!!! Then i read SARGE'S comment and i went to put an extra 6-pack of Yuengling in the fridge just in case.

If they lose today, it will be the beginning of the end. Anything less than 8-8 and there will be some serious house cleaning. BTW perhaps I should get a jump on the "1-1 start" thread before kick-off. :)

0-2 is tough.

FYI...Carolina went 0-2 last year ended up 12-4. Pretty astounding.

Btw, the Giants had a real shot at going 0-2 until I just heard Carson Palmer won't even play today. Good grief. Giants suck anyway.

Other..better teams..trying to avoid 0-2 include New Orleans, New England, Green Bay, Indy, and Chicago.
