How much better is Clai than Kirkpatrick?

Enough to warrant a trade up?

Not IMO, I don't put that much of a gap between he and say Kirkpatrick and Dennard.

at least not enough to trade up from 14 into the top 10. Too pricey but if he drops out of the top 10 I would pounce.

[Hailmary]

If I can find a way to get Irvin in I will because I debate the heck out of him every time I do one.

Where would you play him? He's too light for LB and lacks experience as a SS. Would you use him as a situational pass rusher? If so, what round would be good value for a part time player?

[Hailmary]

1. Colts: Andrew Luck | QB | Stanford
2. Browns: (trade with St. Louis): Robert Griffin | QB | Baylor
3. Vikings: Matt Kalil | OT | USC
4. Rams: Justin Blackmon | WR | Oklahoma
5. Bucs: Trent Richardson | RB | Alabama
6. Commanders: Landry Jones | QB | Oklahoma
7. Jaguars: Quinton Coples |DL | North Carolina
8. Dallas (trade with Miami) Morris Claiborne | CB | LSU

Only way I see it happening

Have a hard time seeing the Rams trading out of geting Kalil. Who's their starting LT anyway?

Someone is going to get a kings ransom to trade out by a team that wants Griffin and/or Luck.

Yea, I think that'll be the Vikes. They're going to want to keep Bradford upright....

Yeah that's not worth it.

I think we'll have to settle for one of the consolation prizes, who are still pretty good.
