I like the Roquon pick, but think barring injury he would sit behind Lee for at least a year or two. None of the rest of them would break the starting lineup for a couple of years at least, IMO. Might be a good long term draft, but I don't see anything that would help the Cowboys get over the hump next year. Just my opinion.

What this shows mostly is that with this many picks folks are likely to be very happy.

Dallas will put in a ton of work on players as they always do and they'll have a lot of chances to get guys they feel are steals as well as to cherry pick anyone they feel they feel they need outside the top 15.

The draft held in Dallas should be a great one for fans and team alike.

Sean Lee can also only play Will unless you wanna risk him being battered even more.

But this is probably all moot as he is gonna be rated very very highly and likely gone well before 19.
The 2nd half of the OU game and the Bama game will have him top 10 amongst couch scouts and likely NFL ones too.

Craziest thing about Brooks is that was originally a Cowboys draft pick
Part of the infamous trade for back ups and special teamers strategy....

But Brooks was undersized as well and at a time when it was less accepted than now.

Roquan will be overdrafted. Not his fault really but he played in the years biggest games and played very, very well.
He is undersized but he also played with real pop.
Some scouts may wanna look at that OU first half and how when OL got moving downhill at him he was at times helpless but overall you see a guy that really moves well and plays with sting.

If he is there Dallas can really use the player. Super speedy but also physical LBs are hard to find. Defense has made a resurgence in this league since DB play has caught up finally with WRs.

The biggest negative for me would be I need an elite offensive player and it seems very unlikely we sign one in free agency so I'm hoping that falls into place.

I think he's overrated. Don't dislike him, but I don't think he's as good as his hype. I know that's not a popular opinion. I just don't see a wow player. I think his teammate Lorenzo Carter is more exciting.

Deion Jones has been a star at MLB for the Falcons. He is smaller than Roquan.
